Description

The holiday home Kastio - Sipan is located in beautiful village Sudjuradj on Island of Sipan, the biggest Dubrovnik’s island. It consists of a ground floor stone house, built in 2000, with a kitchen, bathroom and living room and part of a renewed old house from the 17th century, where the sleeping area is situated. Between the two houses there is 50 m2 terrace.

The terrace is partly covered with vines, partly with reeds. It is equipped with quality teak garden furniture - large table with six chairs and two loungers. Enjoy your breakfast in the company of the singing cicadas or in the silent afternoons and lazy resting hours in the evening.

Kitchen is fully equipped.

Prefer cooking outside? Why not? At Kastio holiday home it's all possible. There is a small open kitchen with cooking stove and barbecue at your disposal.

The sleeping area of the house has 2 beds in the ground floor, and 3 beds in the first floor (two of which can be assembled into a double bed). Floors are connected by wooden stairs, but they are not completely separated, since the stairs to the upper floor are going through the hole in the ceiling of the lower part.

Living area offers a sofa (can be extended into a bed), SAT-flat screen TV and a garden view.

Bed linen and towels (bed linen are changed weekly, towels and tea towels twice a week). Washing machine, toilet paper and cleaning products .

Free parking in the village.

The house is located above the center of the beautiful fishing village. 200m to the village and the sea requires three to four minutes walking. You will need a few minutes more opposite way, since one third of the way goes upwards. Being a little away from the hustle and bustle of the village and the tourists this location is ideal for all those who love peace and quiet.

Although basically equipped, the village offers a mini market.

Fresh seasonal vegetables can be purchased from local producers.

ATM is available in Sipanska Luka.

The medical center is 200 m away from the house.

Sipan has frequent connections to the city of Dubrovnik and the islands nearby.

There are a few restaurants to enjoy the local culinary specialties.

There are various activities on the island for relaxation that will help you restore the energy. Besides swimming in the beautiful clear sea, walking in nature and visiting very old churches and monasteries (some of them were built in the 11th century), try renting a bike or kayak to explore the natural beauty of island or simply take a day trip to neighboring islands.

Dare to enter into the diving course and explore the world under the sea.

As this is our first season to host the visitors of the island we are very excited to welcome you with hope of your memorable stay.
