Description

A classic Cretan windmill design, which in our days rarely exists in some areas of the island. The inside space was cleverly converted into a 2 bedroom house with 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with shower and laundry closet. The kitchen offers access to a spacious courtyard with outdoor furniture. The windmill is built with local stone, fitting perfectly into the surrounding environment.

The windmill is located in a 12,000 sqm garden with a view over Sitia bay and is surrounded by an olive grove, a vineyard, a vegetable garden and 30-year old palm trees.

It is fully furnished/air conditioned and consists of a living room with a working fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, a wooden loft with 1 queen bed, a fitted wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a laundry closet. There is an LCD TV (all major satellite European networks) and WIFI.

The white stone courtyard benefits from sea views and is equipped with furniture for enjoying outdoor meals or sunbathing with the sound of the sea in the background plus a coffee table made from an old windmill grinding stone.

How do damage deposits work?
