Description
Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underground garage space. It has been recently refurbished, painted, comes with new kitchen appliances and new furniture. Has AC in the lounge and both bedrooms and has a very good size sunny terrace.
South west facing apartment in one of the best complexes in a lower Calahonda , 3 communal swimming pools, paddle court and great communal area. Situated within a 6 minute walk to the nearby beaches, and a couple minutes from the closest grocery shop and amenities .
Another shopping centre El Zoco in about 4 minutes and a famous Calahonda strip with even more bars , coffee shops and restaurants within about 5 minutes walking.
Calahonda is one of the well-established areas of the coast, 25 minute drive from Malaga airport and about 10 minutes from Marbella center.
The beach is within an easy walking distance of 6 minutes, Cabopino port can be reached in 5 minutes with a car and you can find some fine restaurants there. Biggest shopping center La Cañada can be reached in some 12 minutes .
