Description
Lefkada is an island in the Ionian Sea with the most impressive and pristine beaches in the World. Egremni beach is voted year after year as a top 5 beaches worldwide by media such as CNN and the Guardian. Syvotas Bay is a small picturesque fishing village with one of the most exclusive areas for Villas in Lefkada built around it. The amazing natural harbor is bustling with sailing boats almost all year round and the fishermen bring fresh fish daily for the tavernas and to be sold off the fishing boats. The Villas are located in Syvota, Lefkada, and offer an an amazing view of the harbor and of Ithaca and Cephalonia.
The villa is equipped with an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi, has its private parking lot for two cars while it shares a private tennis court with the other two villas of the complex. Aktion Airport is located 20 km from the property. An array of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found at a distance of 1 km. Less than 100 meters from the seafront overlooking the entrance and the sailing boats entering and exiting Syvotas Bay.
The villa is placed in a plot of 4000 sq.m. and it is located at Sivota, in Lefkada island, Greece. The villa consists of 2 floor of approx. 45m2 which are connected with internal staircase. The ground floor has 2 very large bedrooms, each with its own closets and washing machine, which share a large bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi. The first floor contains a large bedroom with big closet and a second bathroom which caters to the visitors. The living room has stunning views from inside of Ithaca and Cephalonia on the southeast and the Harbor on the West.
The couch is ideally located to catch the panoramic views from the large windows. A wooden deck porch leads to a large 6X9 infinity swimming pool. The lawn around the pool is the perfect setting for lounging around, playing and catching some sun. The villa has a large flatscreen TV, WiFi, air conditioning and large terraces. The villa includes fully equipped kitchen from which you can cook the freshly cut produce while enjoying the view of the sunset, the sea and the islands.
