Description

This little naturist villa is located near the wonderful naturist beach of Mouda, between the lively resort of Skala and the fishing village of Katelios, with very little distance between the two. Poros port which connects the island with mainland Greece is only a quarter of an hour by car.

Built on a hill overlooking the village of Ratzakli, this new villa on one level is in a quiet setting on a large plot surrounded by gardens with beautiful flowers.

It is located at 1400m from the great sandy beach of Kaminia with a nudist beach within walking distance, and has its own private swimming pool.

It has an extraordinary view on the Ionian Sea, Mouda bay and Zakinthos island.

It can accomodate up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room, (a cot can be added free of charge on request).

It has a large terrace that surrounds the swimming pool of 25m2 with a magnificent view of the sea where you can enjoy the sun naked.

This terrace is equipped with the furniture for take meals outside.

The integrated kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a cooker with oven, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer, ... .

The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite reception and a DVD player

you will have a small sealed safe that will allow you to protect your values.

All rooms are air conditioned, and also have ceiling fans.

The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters.

All the household linen is provided.

The end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

You can access the internet with wifi network.

The owners, (French-Greek family), will be on the spot to accommodate you and make your stay an unforgettable memory.

They can take you on a day trip with his sailboat to discover unique landscapes.

You will find a snack at 200 meters.

PLEASE NOTE: The villa is not in a naturist resort. As it is surrounded by greenery you can enjoy a holiday in complete freedom and be naked if you want.
