Welcome to Villa Kardous „Aelia“! (AELIA...The name denotes our endless love for the lush light we would like to share with you.)

Located in the area of Ditropon - in its own garden and surrounded by plenty of olive and pine trees - Villa Kardous „Aelia“ will offer you a discreet luxury atmosphere for unforgettable holidays on Skopelos island.

This stunning villa is approx. 2 km away from Panormos, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on Skopelos.

Villa Kardous „Aelia“ can accommodate up to 8 eight guests and offers elegance and luxury combined with traditional architecture spread on 160 m².

The ground floor comprises a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge and guest toilet as well as the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a spacious bathroom – wheelchair accessible and perfectly suitable for disabled persons – is also located on the ground floor.

A staircase leads to the first floor where a second master bedroom and a fourth bedroom – both en-suite – are available for you.

All rooms are equipped with air-condition but also well placed windows will ensure a light breeze during the hot summer months.

Huge balconies and large outdoor spaces around the house will provide privacy and will invite you to relax and enjoy the pure feeling of this splendid nature.

The waterfall infinity pool of 12 x 4 m, lined with mosaic and marble, will complete your dream of an extraordinary holiday.

Getting around

Skopelos is the largest island in the Northern Sporades group, yet remains charmingly untainted by mass tourism. Lush green hillsides carpeted with pine and olive trees sweep down across the countryside, earning Skopelos its worthy title of ‘the Emerald of the Aegean’. Its pretty white-washed houses spill in layers down the hillsides giving a truly Greek scene whilst the dense pine forests provide a beautiful backdrop for olive groves and wonderful plum, almond and citrus orchards. Days can be spent exploring the wonderful interior of the island, lounging on lovely sand and shingle beaches and discovering pebble coves. This unspoilt island is reached from the neighbouring island, Skiathos. Guests can pre book tansfers from Skiathos airport
