Our apartment with sea view and a private beach located in one of the most beautiful places in Dubrovnik Riviera should be your choice for perfect vacation!

The apartment is placed right next to the sea in an oasis of peace and tranquility. We are situated in Ratac, which is only 28 km west of Dubrovnik, well known historical and cultural pearl of the Adriatic, 5 km east of Slano and 25 km from Ston, gastronomic center of the Dubrovnik area. It will provide you well deserved rest and the atmosphere that will help you get a break from your hectic everyday life and make you able to better cope with your daily routine and stress after returning.

In the past, most of the Ratac area was arable land where people mainly cultivated olives, grapes and figs. Today in Ratac there is a residental resort located logitudinally along the coast. It was built during the last thirty years. These are mostly small houses of the locals. Part of the houses is permanently resident while others are used as holiday homes. To fully experience the charms of this beautiful place located in an oasis of peaxe and tranquility of pristine nature besides sunbathing and swimming it is suggested to go for walks through the countryside, panoramic boat trips logitudinally along the coast of Ratac and Elafatic islands placed near our apartmants and visit the famous attractions and landmarks of Dubrovnik Riviera.

Ratac Lobrović Apartments with a sea view - Blue is one of two apartments in a family house, situated on the ground floor of the family house which is located right next to the sea and has a private beach. It consists of 44 square meters, one bedroom with a double bed, comfortable and large living room with a spacious and comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, large outdoor terrace of 16 sqm only few steps away from the clear blue sea. The apartment is decorated in a traditional rustic style with lots of color and detail. It is ideal for two to four people, couples and families who want to enjoy privacy, peace and quiet disturbed only by the waves and the sounds of nature.

Ratac Lobrović accommodation offers to all of its guests a common private beach, located right next to the house and is available only for the house guests, common terrace for sunbathing that includes sun loungers and parasols so you can enjoy the sun and the sea, common outdoor fireplace with all the barbecue accessories so you can fully enjoy the culinary delicacies. There is also free parking lots and free Internet connection available within the entire facility.

The bus station for public transport is located 700 meters from our house, along the Adriatic highway. The bus has only a few daily schedules to the east (Dubrovnik) and to the west (Ston). If you want a better mobility we recommend you to have a car at your disposal (rent a car or your own). Our apartments in its rich offer have free private parking, possibility of transfers to/from Dubrovnik airport (extra charge), scenic boat excursions (extra charge) along the coast of Ratac and Elafitis located near our apartment.

My wife and I, great sea and nature lovers, are on your disposal at any moment of your stay because we live on the second floor of the house. We will respect your privacy, but we are by nature social and „peoples people“ who love to hang out and meet new people. We will do everything in our power to make your stay meets all of your expectations.
