WE ARE A PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED ALL CLEANING AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS OUTLINED BY THE MALTA TOURISM AUTHORITY AND THE HEALTH AUTHORITIES. OUR APARTMENTS ARE COMPLETELY SAFE, CLEAN AND DISINFECTED WITH PRODUCTS THAT KILL VIRUSES.

Three bedroom seafront luxury apartment in the exclusive complex of Fort Cambridge, Sliema with free access to communal pool. Perfectly located close to the Sliema promenade, fine dining restaurants, cafes and Malta's largest retail shopping complex.
The Apartment
Wonderful three Bedroom Sea Front Apartment, highly finished and enjoying breathtaking sea views from its 30 sqm terrace. On entrance one is greeted by a small hall leading to the sleeping quarters and the main living area. This wonderfully planned space consists of open plan living leading onto the front terrace, a laundry room and drying terrace. Main bedroom enjoys en-suite and Walk in Wardrobe.
Guest Access
Communal Swimming Pool (Free and only available between the 1st of June and the 31st of October), Sunbeds and Umbrellas by the pool (Free), Underground parking (charges apply) and Walkways to Beach.
Get active and enjoy a workout in the fully equipped gym at the Fort Fitness club (charges apply) which includes an indoor running track, a boxing ring, beauty clinic and barber shop.
House Rules
- For groups of more than 6 persons, the 7th and 8th Guest sleep on a provided folding bed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although guests may do so on the balcony.
- Linen is changed once every 7 days during lets of longer than 14 days. Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that all kitchen utensils, crockery, etc are left in a clean and proper state.
- Airport transfers to and from the apartment are available on request.
- Listed Prices include 25 Kwh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the apartment. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Eur 0.30/Kwh.
- For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a loading of Eur 50 over and above the total booking amount to cover cleaning costs.
- Check-in: after 15:00, Check-out: before 11:00
- A €35 fee applies for check-ins after 9:00pm

Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.
Those older than 18 years of age are required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for holidays in Malta and Gozo. The contribution must be paid separately on arrival to your booked property and is not included in the property rate charged.

“Quality apartment”
Great size and location with a mesmorising sea view. Good for small groups. Maltese people are so warm and hospitable and none more so than our host and her family. We loved exploring Malta and coming back to the apart every night!

“Dream apartment”
We loved our holiday here. Great view, great pool, 5 mins to snorkelling off the rocks, water taxi to Valetta and buses from Sliema to other places of interest on the island. Good walks up and down the promenade to St Julians in the evening and Tigne Point shopping mall 500 yards away. Could not have been a better base for a family with 4 teenagers. Great communication from the owner, picked up from the airport and apartment well equipped with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms. Could not recommend this apartment highly enough.

I want to assure you that we wash our linen and thoroughly clean our apartment before guests arrive. I am very disappointed that you did not mention anything to us as we would have taken action immediately. I assure you that we always go the extra mile to keep our guests happy as we did when you asked us to come and set up youtube on the Smart TV one evening. There was not going to be any tension at all. Unfortunately unless you highlight such things we cannot take any action. Having said that I will still have a word with our cleaners to make sure this does not happen again. Unfortunately you were somehow the first one to make such complaints as all our previous reviews speak for themselves. Once again thanks for your valuable feedback and hope I will have the opportunity to make up for this next time. Regards Aaron

“Beautiful, luxury apartment with stunning views.”
We have just returned from 10 nights in this beautiful apartment. Arriving in Malta we were met at the airport by the owner who drove us to the complex. The apartment is stunning with sea views and all the facilities you will ever need, very quiet and spotlessly clean. The pool is excellent most mornings it was only myself and my husband in the pool. The complex is very central next to the shopping mall and close to plenty bars and restaurants. The ferry to Valleta is under a 10 minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much we intend to return again next year.

“Fantastic Accomodation”
Large, modern very spacious apartment (1001 West 3) . 3 large bedrooms that were very comfortable with a fantastic view. Sunny rear balcony and very private and sheltered during the afternoon and a large sunny sea view balcony in the morning. These apartments have great WiFi and everything you need for a great stay. Paula and Aaron are brilliant and will be on hand if needed. This apartment is very near a large supermarket for all your essentials and lots of modern shops, cafes and bars/restaurants. Great bus service on the doorstop will take you anywhere on the island for only 1.50 euro's all day ticket. The harbor is very close by with boat trips to Valletta and there really is no need for a car. This was our second visit to these apartments and certainly will not be our last. Highly recommended.
