“A nice place to spend some quality time at Little Acorns”

We did enjoy our stay at little acorns, however the house could use several updates. The couch should be replaced or cleaned as it was pretty dirty and the bed in the couch is not much good. The bed on the lower level should be at least a queen size to accommodate two adults,as the current bed is a little small for two.The screen door should be replaced as it has seen better days. The house should be sprayed for bugs as we removed several large spiders from inside the house as we found them crawling around. The dining table was a great addition as it was very large and worked nicely for everyone. The view is outstanding and the lake itself was a nice change from flathead lake which can become very rough at any time. The water was comfortable to swim in at all times which is why we wanted to be on the water.Overall the location is very good and we had a great time there, but there just needs to be some updating done even if it means that the rate would be increased a bit.We would be very interested in renting next year if some of these items could be addressed.

This property was absolutely beautiful! The house itself is very nice with a great downstairs area that opens up to the patio looking at the lake. Everything was clean and tidy and had all the amenities one would expect in a house. After staying a week up there I wish I owned the place.

We loved our stay at the Little Acorn. The lake house was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a fabulous vacation.
The beautiful lake is only 30 feet from the backdoor. It was difficult for us to convince our children to come inside each evening.
Our favorite activities were the following: fishing, kayaking, watching incredible fireworks, canoeing, and lounging.
We will definitely be staying at the Little Acorn again.

The Little Acorns property has absolutely amazing views and is so convenient being right on the water. Echo Lake is a smaller lake which makes for warmer water and gentler water conditions. A great place for smaller children and great fun for everyone who enjoys swimming and boating. A quiet and peaceful community which makes it easy to relax and just enjoy the surroundings. It would be nice to know what is included in the kitchen as we required steak knives and an ice cream scoop but had to make do without. We did need a few more inexpensive outside chairs that could be moved and used around the fire pit. Also missing were king sized sheets for the twin bed conversion as well as proper pillow cases for the king pillows in the master bedroom (pillow cases were standard so the pillows weren't fully covered?). Overall cleanliness was satisfactory but behind and around the garbage can was pretty grubby as well as some cobwebs throughout the cabin. All in all was a great place to enjoy and a truly beautiful setting. Would rent again!
Thank you for your review! The missing items have been replaced, and the owners have provided more outside seating. Allie Andrews

“Great memories on Echo Lake!”

This property was perfect for our family's needs. It is located right on Echo Lake in a beautiful location with gorgeous views. We shared this home with grown children and grandchildren and we all had a wonderful time. The bed situation wasn't ideal - geared more towards one adult couple with several rooms for children. There is one queen bed and the second couple slept in a full bed which was a bit small. Other than that everything was great and we made many fun memories with our family! Would definitely return.
