Description

This lovely home offers a big lounge with sliding doors leading to a paved terrace and a big sparkling pool. A large pergola offers lovely shade, whilst the large oak tree on the opposite side of the garden provides protection from the sun. The garden is totally walled and very private.

The dining room also has sliding doors leading to this paved terrace and the barbeque. The spacious kitchen area has a big serving counter, and is open plan to the pool table area.

Two of the 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and external doors to the paved terrace. Each of the 4 bedrooms have a double bed, whilst the main bedroom also has 2 bunk beds in an alcove.

The property uses the local municipality electricity supply and also has solar power installed. A heat pump provides hot water.

How do damage deposits work?
