Enjoy your extended stay in our "Nest on Nicoli", a family-friendly home a short stroll from Sonoma Plaza and all its offerings. Leave your car parked in the garage and bike or walk to shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, parks, farmer's market and more. The location couldn't be better to explore the town of Sonoma, the gateway to Wine Country, and all of the other quaint destinations in Sonoma and Napa Counties. Relish all the comforts of home in a perfect vacation setting!
This totally remodeled comfortable modern home features a Great Room with dining seating for 8, a light-filled living room area with space to sprawl out and relax. The open kitchen has a large island with bar stools and is stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal at home. Your spacious master bedroom features an expansive walk-in closet, sitting area, access to the covered porch, and en-suite bathroom, complete with rain shower, soaking tub and double sinks - just like staying in a hotel! Two additional bedrooms each have queen size beds and one bedroom houses two twin beds. These rooms share a bright full bathroom with tub/shower combination and an additional half bath. To round out the house, there is a mudroom off the garage, complete with new washer and dryer and soaking sink. Park your car or bikes in the garage. Virtually everything in the home is brand new.
Drink your morning coffee and watch the world go by from comfort of the Adirondack chairs on the covered front porch. In the backyard, enjoy a meal under the shade of the pergola on the dining table for 8 or a glass of wine in the pleasant swivel lounge chairs. Take a nap in the hammock under the Bay Laurel tree or play a round of bocce ball. Best of all, enjoy the serenity of the private space.
Please note: Nest on Nicoli is on the west side in a quiet residential family friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors - no parties, large groups or smoking of any kind. Minimum 30 day rental to adults or families. Strict city noise ordinance in effect.
