Additional Location Information

Friendly beach-side rural residential neighbourhood. There is a small neighbourhood store ( 10 min. walk) that serves some meals and plenty of grocery, restaurant and café options within 10-minute drive. Also library, swim pool and skate arena as well as fishing and wildlife outfitters, bike and kayak rentals and local hiking groups.
We recommend guests arrive by car. The nearest bus stop is about 10 min. walk and there are four community buses a day Monday-Friday, or walk 30 min. to a bus stop at West Coast Rd./ Grant Rd. to catch a bus every hour. There is taxi service in the area but this mode of transportation would limit your ability to explore.
