Description
Just renewed and well furnished in a modern style, the apartment is 70 square metres plus a 4-sqm balcony.
It is located in the center of Sorrento, close to the end of the main road (Corso Italia), on the first floor of a building served by elevator.
It consists of:
- a master double bedroom with
sea view,
private and well equipped bathroom
and wardrobe,
- a double / triple room with the wardrobe,
- a living room with a sofa-bed for 2 people, kitchen corner with cooking top, electric oven and microwave,heater ,coffee and cappuccino NESCAFE' machine, fridge and freezer, cable tv.
- A second large bathroom with shower, toilet and washer-drier (11 kg for washing /9 kg for drier).
Other facilities included are WI-FI, cable TV, air conditioning operated independently in each room by heat pumps, windows with double glasses and also windowpane opening system.
Therefore, the whole apartment is well insulated and cool in summer.
Within 100 metres you can find all kinds of shop such as supermarket, restaurants, pastry shops, rent-a–car/scooter, parking area, swimming pool, gym, spa and a bus stop to the railway station is nearby as well.
In a 10-minute walk ( 800 mt.) you can easily reach the beach, the port and the railway station.
Thus, the apartment represents the ideal accommodation also for visitors who don't like driving.
