Our home is our castle. It can be yours too when you rent Castle

Villa.

This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom villa has a new ceramic

pool that is accessible from the french doors in the bedrooms. Open your

door and step out to the beautifully lanscaped pool area. Enjoy

your morning coffee at the custom ceramic table on the patio, while you

enjoy the sound of the water fountain in the pool. The villa is

located 15 minutes from Puerto Plata airport and the 18 hole Robert

Trent Jones golf course is 25 minutes away. Enjoy the 4 minute

drive to town, the beach, restaurants, bars, night life and great shops.

It's only a 10 minute drive to Cabarete beach and the famous wind

and kite surfing area. Sosua is a small coastal town with a gorgeous horseshoe-shaped beach of golden sand. Its calm waters are protected by a coral reef, making it ideal for swimming, and its streets are crowded with cosy cafes and handicraft shops.

The living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate 1 more person. There is also a queen size two leval Aerobed in the laundryroom. The house is family friendly.

Getting around

The gated community has bus service to Sosua and Cabarete. There are numerous taxi services, by car and by motorbike, There are also small van buses called Guagua's. I highly recommend a rental car. I am in contact with a rental agent who will bring the car to the villa. He has smaller SUVs with full insurance for about 1/2 what you will pay from the larger airport companies. I can also provide you directions to many local beaches. Google MAPS however works very well here in the Dominican Republic.

Interaction with guest

You will be met at the villa by one of my employees who will give you the key. You will have their phone number so you can contact them with any questions. We will be available with any problems or concerns you have via email. We have friends who live 5 house away they also will answer you questions and give advise. The maid Elisa is there 6 days a week except on Sunday. Paulino will be there 6 days a week to tend to the pool and garden. There are three 5 gallon bottles of water. When they are empty Paulino will get them filled for you at the cost of 50 pesos per bottle, which is about $1 american dollar. Prior to your stay I will email you a list of recommended beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

I actually have two tanks of gas, so I do not know why my rental agent at Hispaniola or Casa Linda did not just switch the tanks for you. I am so very sorry this happened, but I am glad you enjoyed your visit. Just an FYI, we have upgraded with all new appliances, new pool filter, new furniture in the living room and dinning room, in addition to a new BBQ. How do damage deposits work?

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
