Like a gourmet chef, the minds behind Caille Blanc have carefully infused flavors from around the globe with breathtaking results. Mission Revival, Middle Eastern, Colonial, Southeast Asian and many other influences unite perfectly, creating a home in a genre of its own. The multiple pavilions that make up Caille Blanc, sit peacefully on cliffs above Anse Chastanet, providing unforgettable views of Soufriere Bay and the World Heritage Pitons.
Every stroll around the grounds will reveals something new. Pass facades of hand-cut stone and a calming fountain towards the central gazebo where lounge sets and an al fresco dining table present fine options for enjoying a morning coffee. An immense 65 ft infinity pool appears to drop right over the cliffs onto mature island foliage. Sunloungers speckle the various decks giving you an angle to the sun all day. Gather your guests at the main terrace to watch St. Lucia’s stunning sunsets.
Inside, local wood lines the walls and vaulted ceilings of the central rooms. Antiques, stylish furnishings and the finest materials from Afghanistan, India, China, Japan, and the U.S. set the tone for relaxed evenings spent in the living room’s cozy wicker furniture. Watch your own private chef prepare memorable meals - even local Creole fare - in the professionally-appointed kitchen. Savor them at any number of dining areas.
Five luxurious, themed suites are spread among several pavilions. The Pool Suite, Temple Suite, Sunset Suite, Grotto Suite and Bouganvilla Suite all boast innumerable features: Japanese soak tub, gym, plunge pool, private patios, living rooms and most impressively, a waterfall. Each room also contains an en-suite bathroom with granite countertops and premium fixtures, plus air conditioning. Up to 12 guests can sleep at Caille Blanc.
Nearby Soufriere is a charming town where you’ll find shopping and dining options. For a more upscale experience, a day trip to Rodney Bay or Castries is recommended. Pitons and Sulphur Springs are two of the area’s impressive natural features, but don’t miss others like the drive-in volcano, hidden waterfalls and mineral baths. Anse Chastanet beach, only minutes away, is ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving.

on site staff was very warm and friendly. Good cook, etc. As far as being served drinks, etc,, it was not the same level of service as we are used to in Mexico. This may just be a cultural thing however. They did anything that was asked of them and with a smile. - Reiner B., ,
