“Very nice with extra touches.” Mr. Johnny has thought of everything. From trash bags to paper towels to toilet tissue, it's all there. These are things you typically have to buy on your own, so it's nice that he provides them. The place is nice and the view is great. Really enjoyed my stay.

“Beautiful ocean front getaway” This is a hidden gem as far as resorts. You can't get closer to the ocean for this price. A lil small and dated but perfect for my wife and I on our weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!! Gated community,on site eating options and a beach front bar are just a few of the perks. Doesnt get much better for the price!!

“Clean & Great Value” We had a wonderful time in Pawleys Island and the condo was terrific. It was spacious, open, comfortable and clean! The enclosed porch and view were spectacular. The unit was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and bath house the last day and again the whole facility was well manicured and clean; something very important to us.

“Definitely "YES"” We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights at the end of September. It is located in very nice and secured place. The view from screened porch was great. We spend a lot of time there. The condo was great prepared for guests. I was very happy to find this condo, because I had my mom visiting us from Europe.

“Marvelous, Relaxing Place/Gracious Owner” I cannot say enough complimentary things about this condo, its location, its condition, and most of all its owner. We had checked with Susan, the owner, about renting one of her places. When she had a late cancellation of the beach condo, she called US. Gave us great price, great arrival/departure leeway, accepted numerous phone calls and was SO gracious each time. The location is great, the beach/weather was marvelous. Very easy trip to Historic Charleston. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely check with Susan FIRST!!

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Family Vacation 2017” The unit is perfect for a small family. Easy access to everything available in the resort, pool, rec room and 1 floor down to the ocean! “Great Condo and Resort” The condo and location were lovely. Right on the beach and a wonderful balcony with beach views and ocean breezes. Right next to an RV park so no hotels blocking the ocean view. Resort has several pools and jacuzzis and easy access to ocean. The only issues we had were of the maintenance type. The table and chairs were very wobbly and with half of the chairs unable to be used. Master bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy a mattress topper. We couldn't get the lights to work in the kitchen or spare room and had to replace all light bulbs. The owner was quick to reply to our requests and did send a replacement lamp for the spare room. Overall it was a fun week and the condo had everything we needed to cook and relax after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. “Most perfect place to stay” We cannot begin to tell you about the amazing time we had in Hilton Head Island! At first arrival we were so impressed with your Villa and the location. It was more than perfect for our family. It gave us all the flexibility of enjoying kid and adult activities simultaneously. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beautiful beach and the accessibility was priceless with two little ones. We enjoyed some of the restaurants in Shelter Cove and especially the live music from your extra large balcony. Your Villa is a gem and we can tell why you fell in love with Hilton Head Island. “Great vacation house!” We stayed here this weekend from Friday-Monday, and I can't express enough how've amazing the house was! It is in the perfect location and the house was in perfect condition, and the pool in the backyard was the perfect addition!
