“Clean & Great Value” We had a wonderful time in Pawleys Island and the condo was terrific. It was spacious, open, comfortable and clean! The enclosed porch and view were spectacular. The unit was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and bath house the last day and again the whole facility was well manicured and clean; something very important to us.

“Definitely "YES"” We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights at the end of September. It is located in very nice and secured place. The view from screened porch was great. We spend a lot of time there. The condo was great prepared for guests. I was very happy to find this condo, because I had my mom visiting us from Europe.

“Marvelous, Relaxing Place/Gracious Owner” I cannot say enough complimentary things about this condo, its location, its condition, and most of all its owner. We had checked with Susan, the owner, about renting one of her places. When she had a late cancellation of the beach condo, she called US. Gave us great price, great arrival/departure leeway, accepted numerous phone calls and was SO gracious each time. The location is great, the beach/weather was marvelous. Very easy trip to Historic Charleston. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely check with Susan FIRST!!

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Off season but a great time” Unit is great but understand it is a three story walk up. There is an elevator but it is very, very far away. Worked fine for us as both of us can always use a little more effort. Not too many amenities available in March.

“Family Vacation 2017” The unit is perfect for a small family. Easy access to everything available in the resort, pool, rec room and 1 floor down to the ocean! “Great Condo and Resort” The condo and location were lovely. Right on the beach and a wonderful balcony with beach views and ocean breezes. Right next to an RV park so no hotels blocking the ocean view. Resort has several pools and jacuzzis and easy access to ocean. The only issues we had were of the maintenance type. The table and chairs were very wobbly and with half of the chairs unable to be used. Master bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy a mattress topper. We couldn't get the lights to work in the kitchen or spare room and had to replace all light bulbs. The owner was quick to reply to our requests and did send a replacement lamp for the spare room. Overall it was a fun week and the condo had everything we needed to cook and relax after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Most perfect place to stay” We cannot begin to tell you about the amazing time we had in Hilton Head Island! At first arrival we were so impressed with your Villa and the location. It was more than perfect for our family. It gave us all the flexibility of enjoying kid and adult activities simultaneously. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beautiful beach and the accessibility was priceless with two little ones. We enjoyed some of the restaurants in Shelter Cove and especially the live music from your extra large balcony. Your Villa is a gem and we can tell why you fell in love with Hilton Head Island. “Great vacation house!” We stayed here this weekend from Friday-Monday, and I can't express enough how've amazing the house was! “Fantastic view, incredibly clean, well stocked, comfortable, and a GREAT owner to deal with.” I think the headline says it all, but here's a little more detail. This was absolutely the cleanest condo/hotel/motel/home we've ever stayed in. The owner really, really, gives you a place you can call home for your vacation. It's like you're staying at the home of a good friend who thought of everything for your comfort and enjoyment. If it weren't for Penny, I probably wouldn't write this, because I want to keep this gem to ourselves. But for anyone who works this hard to provide such a wonderful place, well, I had to. How many times have you walked into a condo and see that's it not really dirty, but it's not really clean ? How many times have you run out of toiletries, not even an extra garbage bag left for you, no laundry or dishwasher detergent available ? Every single rental we've had, we had to make a shopping list of all the toiletries we'll need for the week. NOT HERE. Except for the food, obviously, EVERYTHING you could need or want IS PROVIDED. This is a very, very thoughtful owner. With new tv's, appliances, beautiful upgrades, you will not want to leave. The view is absolutely gorgeous. In Palmetto Dunes, the vegetation and trees have really grown, so unless you get an unobstructed view like this 5th floor provides, you'll never see the ocean. At the risk of repeating, the condo smelled great, and was just incredibly clean. I don't know about you, but an unclean rental can just ruin your vacation. The first minute we walked in, we knew we were going to have a great week. Ok, my sales pitch is over, lest I share this secret with everyone. Yes, the 5 star reviews are for real, it's well deserved. Thanks again Penny, and we'll see you on our next trip to the island.

“A great family getaway in a perfect location!” We had a wonderful stay in October at this updated, clean, spacious cottage. Our two children loved the layout with the bathroom connecting their bedrooms, and my husband and I appreciated the child-friendly, safe setting. It is rare to find such comfortable beds in a rental! The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. The hospitable nature of the owners was felt from the first phone contact to the small, but important details of providing extra linens, detergent and brochures of the area attractions for their guests. We loved the fact that we were only a 3 minute walk from the pool and playground and just a bit further to the beach. Renting bikes, along with the swimming in the pool and at the beach, kept us pleasantly busy, but did not prevent us from having the calm, family-oriented week which allowed us to re-connect. This is a cottage we definitely hope to visit again!
