“Have stayed in unit for past 5 years” I have rented Nadines unit for the past 5 years and have never had a problem, The unit has been upgraded over the years and has always been very clean. All of the units appliances work as they should, and the air condition was always cold. I will continue to rent this unit for our two week summer vacations. Thank you Nadine.

“Clean & Great Value” We had a wonderful time in Pawleys Island and the condo was terrific. It was spacious, open, comfortable and clean! The enclosed porch and view were spectacular. “Marvelous, Relaxing Place/Gracious Owner” I cannot say enough complimentary things about this condo, its location, its condition, and most of all its owner. We had checked with Susan, the owner, about renting one of her places. When she had a late cancellation of the beach condo, she called US. Gave us great price, great arrival/departure leeway, accepted numerous phone calls and was SO gracious each time. The location is great, the beach/weather was marvelous. Very easy trip to Historic Charleston. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely check with Susan FIRST!!

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Off season but a great time” Unit is great but understand it is a three story walk up. There is an elevator but it is very, very far away. Worked fine for us as both of us can always use a little more effort. Not too many amenities available in March.

“Well appointed & comfortable apartment home centrally located in” The apartment home, located on Ben Sawyer Blvd in Mount Pleasant SC, was centrally located to allow quick access to all of what Charleston has to offer! 10 minutes to downtown Charleston, Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms,& North Charleston. The apartment home itself was smartly appointed & the wood floors bring 'old world' charm. Its a 1 bedroom apartment home with Tv's in both the living room & bedroom. Cable included to both sets. Obviously, a full appointed kitchen. I must say, I really liked the shower head in the bathroom! This rental is perfect for 1-2 people.

“Great Condo and Resort” The condo and location were lovely. Right on the beach and a wonderful balcony with beach views and ocean breezes. Right next to an RV park so no hotels blocking the ocean view. Resort has several pools and jacuzzis and easy access to ocean. The only issues we had were of the maintenance type. The table and chairs were very wobbly and with half of the chairs unable to be used. Master bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy a mattress topper. We couldn't get the lights to work in the kitchen or spare room and had to replace all light bulbs. The owner was quick to reply to our requests and did send a replacement lamp for the spare room. Overall it was a fun week and the condo had everything we needed to cook and relax after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect family tental” I rented this home for a week in July my husband and two small kids had a great time. It was far enough but close to the hustle and bustle of tourist life, plenty of stores nearby for necessities. The community in which this house is is great. Quick drive to the beach with bathroom access, 3 big pools with plenty of playroom for kids. I loved the kiddie pools and splash area also bathrooms st the pool. The home is clean and quiet, a nice deck outside to sit and eat. It was great there was a BBQ for use. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The two showers have great pressure and hot water! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need minus food and spices. If I was to return to SC I would definitely rent again. Patrick is very responsive and was great to rent from!

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. “A great family getaway in a perfect location!” We had a wonderful stay in October at this updated, clean, spacious cottage. Our two children loved the layout with the bathroom connecting their bedrooms, and my husband and I appreciated the child-friendly, safe setting. It is rare to find such comfortable beds in a rental! The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. The hospitable nature of the owners was felt from the first phone contact to the small, but important details of providing extra linens, detergent and brochures of the area attractions for their guests. We loved the fact that we were only a 3 minute walk from the pool and playground and just a bit further to the beach. Renting bikes, along with the swimming in the pool and at the beach, kept us pleasantly busy, but did not prevent us from having the calm, family-oriented week which allowed us to re-connect. This is a cottage we definitely hope to visit again!
