“Perfect family getaway.” The villa was large, airy and perfectly suited for a large family. The layout gave us all plenty of room. The location is absolutely ideal and the Whites (owners) provided great local information for us as first time visitors and were available for any other questions. The availability of the Westin Resort amenities, pool, shuttle and beach access a few minutes away were indispensable. Lucked into finding this unit and will look here first for our next visit.

“Great weekend getaway at a great price!” The condo is kept very clean and the host provides lots of great amenities. It is also one of the more affordable options available in the area. “North Tower #314” My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Michele and Dave's condo. Very clean and welcoming. Michele walked us through every detail and made sure we did not have any problems once we arrived. We will definitely be staying there again.

“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“EXCELLENT RENTAL FOR 2 PEOPLE CLEAN AND WELL KEPT” THANK YOU for the use of your condo. We really enjoyed the linens being on the bed and and easiness of check in. I would highly recommend this to a couple of a couple with 1 to 2 small children. We enjoyed the sunrises from the balcony and the condo was wonderful for our 10 day stay. Will return again !!!!! “Marvelous, Relaxing Place/Gracious Owner” I cannot say enough complimentary things about this condo, its location, its condition, and most of all its owner. We had checked with Susan, the owner, about renting one of her places. When she had a late cancellation of the beach condo, she called US. Gave us great price, great arrival/departure leeway, accepted numerous phone calls and was SO gracious each time. The location is great, the beach/weather was marvelous. Very easy trip to Historic Charleston. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely check with Susan FIRST!!

“Cozy and beautiful beach condo” This condo at Mar Vista Grande is beautiful, right on North Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed our week stay. Anna,the owner was very responsive to all of my questions and emails. She was Lovely to deal with. I told her carpet had stains on it when we arrived, and she is going to replace the flooring. There is no iron or ironing board, so you would need to bring your own. Washer and dryer worked great. There is supposed to be no smoking throughout the entire condo building including pool area and balconies which we like because we are not smokers. People staying in condo to the right of us, 1206 smoked daily on their balcony. We couldn't sit outside on our balcony because of it. The beach was wonderful. We bought boogie boards and spent hours riding the waves. You can rent an umbrella and two beach chairs for five days from the local Myrtle Beach company for $125. A lot of people smoking cigarettes and cigars were on the beach all day long!! It was very annoying to try to relax and enjoy the beach with the smokers. Once your beach equipment you rent is put there, you are stuck when people who smoke set up in front of you and behind you. Mar Vista has a little bar hut that served beer but no liquor. So when we ordered Pina coladas for $8.00 each we were not told about no rum in them until after drinking them. They are served with white wine. My husband asked what rum they used and they said none. We wouldn't have ordered them if they would have been honest from the beginning. You can get a regular Pina colada for $5. The indoor pool was great when we needed relief from the sun. We spent time at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Both are nearby and have activities for all. Both had awesome fireworks! Overall we would recommend this condo.

“Perfect family tental” I rented this home for a week in July my husband and two small kids had a great time. It was far enough but close to the hustle and bustle of tourist life, plenty of stores nearby for necessities. The community in which this house is is great. Quick drive to the beach with bathroom access, 3 big pools with plenty of playroom for kids. I loved the kiddie pools and splash area also bathrooms st the pool. The home is clean and quiet, a nice deck outside to sit and eat. It was great there was a BBQ for use. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The two showers have great pressure and hot water! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need minus food and spices. If I was to return to SC I would definitely rent again. Patrick is very responsive and was great to rent from!
