“Very nice with extra touches.” Mr. Johnny has thought of everything. From trash bags to paper towels to toilet tissue, it's all there. These are things you typically have to buy on your own, so it's nice that he provides them. The place is nice and the view is great. Really enjoyed my stay.

“Great weekend getaway at a great price!” The condo is kept very clean and the host provides lots of great amenities. It is also one of the more affordable options available in the area. “Cozy and beautiful beach condo” This condo at Mar Vista Grande is beautiful, right on North Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed our week stay. Anna,the owner was very responsive to all of my questions and emails. She was Lovely to deal with. I told her carpet had stains on it when we arrived, and she is going to replace the flooring. There is no iron or ironing board, so you would need to bring your own. Washer and dryer worked great. There is supposed to be no smoking throughout the entire condo building including pool area and balconies which we like because we are not smokers. People staying in condo to the right of us, 1206 smoked daily on their balcony. We couldn't sit outside on our balcony because of it. The beach was wonderful. We bought boogie boards and spent hours riding the waves. You can rent an umbrella and two beach chairs for five days from the local Myrtle Beach company for $125. A lot of people smoking cigarettes and cigars were on the beach all day long!! It was very annoying to try to relax and enjoy the beach with the smokers. Once your beach equipment you rent is put there, you are stuck when people who smoke set up in front of you and behind you. Mar Vista has a little bar hut that served beer but no liquor. So when we ordered Pina coladas for $8.00 each we were not told about no rum in them until after drinking them. They are served with white wine. My husband asked what rum they used and they said none. We wouldn't have ordered them if they would have been honest from the beginning. You can get a regular Pina colada for $5. The indoor pool was great when we needed relief from the sun. We spent time at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Both are nearby and have activities for all. Both had awesome fireworks! Overall we would recommend this condo.

“Myrtle Beach” Beautiful condo!! A bit chilly but we had a great time in the heated pools and walls on the beach. Very clean and updated. Sarah was just a text away if you needed any help. Would deffinatly return. If you get a chance visit Inlet plantation to horse back ride on an island on the ocean. A experience of a lifetime.

“Family Vacation 2017” The unit is perfect for a small family. Easy access to everything available in the resort, pool, rec room and 1 floor down to the ocean! My second year in this unit and hope to continue for years to come! The furniture in the rooms are very nice, and you have everything available for your use! I love it!

“Great place, great price!” We stayed in this golf condo for this past 4th of July holiday. First of all, the owners were great, especially since I booked this the night before our trip! The pool was great and a huge hit with the kids, even the indoor pool. Daily activities were planned, we did tie dye. Mini golf and ice cream are on the premises as well! The drive to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We'll be back!

“Great Condo and Resort” The condo and location were lovely. Right on the beach and a wonderful balcony with beach views and ocean breezes. Right next to an RV park so no hotels blocking the ocean view. Resort has several pools and jacuzzis and easy access to ocean. The only issues we had were of the maintenance type. The table and chairs were very wobbly and with half of the chairs unable to be used. Master bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy a mattress topper. We couldn't get the lights to work in the kitchen or spare room and had to replace all light bulbs. The owner was quick to reply to our requests and did send a replacement lamp for the spare room. Overall it was a fun week and the condo had everything we needed to cook and relax after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“Love this place!” The Sheraton Broadway Plantation is a beautiful place to stay in Myrtle Beach. We are not timeshare owners but find a way to rent there every year. The rooms are gorgeous and clean and the staff is very friendly. The pool is great and if you have small children the Splash Park is the place to be. Highly recommend checking them out!

“EXCELLENT RENTAL FOR 2 PEOPLE CLEAN AND WELL KEPT” THANK YOU for the use of your condo. We really enjoyed the linens being on the bed and and easiness of check in. “Great condo” Stayed in this condo for the month of June. The owner was kind enough to let me stay 2 months over busy summer but flipkey messed a few things up and only stayed a month. I love this condo, its clean, well stocked, and so relaxing. You wont find a better condo in myrtle beach area. (and im extremely picky). The not so good ... Flip key was a terrible experience. After hours of several calls took a week to get a receipt and finalizing booking. Still waiting on security deposit back that the owner approved 2 weeks ago. The owner is fantastic to work with and cares about his property, if you have a problem he answers . I would def rent from him again but will never use flip key EVER again.
