“Great weekend getaway at a great price!” The condo is kept very clean and the host provides lots of great amenities. It is also one of the more affordable options available in the area. “Family Vacation 2017” The unit is perfect for a small family. Easy access to everything available in the resort, pool, rec room and 1 floor down to the ocean! My second year in this unit and hope to continue for years to come! The furniture in the rooms are very nice, and you have everything available for your use! I love it!

“Great Condo and Resort” The condo and location were lovely. Right on the beach and a wonderful balcony with beach views and ocean breezes. Right next to an RV park so no hotels blocking the ocean view. Resort has several pools and jacuzzis and easy access to ocean. The only issues we had were of the maintenance type. The table and chairs were very wobbly and with half of the chairs unable to be used. Master bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy a mattress topper. We couldn't get the lights to work in the kitchen or spare room and had to replace all light bulbs. The owner was quick to reply to our requests and did send a replacement lamp for the spare room. Overall it was a fun week and the condo had everything we needed to cook and relax after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“Fantastic view, incredibly clean, well stocked, comfortable, and a GREAT owner to deal with.” I think the headline says it all, but here's a little more detail. This was absolutely the cleanest condo/hotel/motel/home we've ever stayed in. The owner really, really, gives you a place you can call home for your vacation. It's like you're staying at the home of a good friend who thought of everything for your comfort and enjoyment. If it weren't for Penny, I probably wouldn't write this, because I want to keep this gem to ourselves. But for anyone who works this hard to provide such a wonderful place, well, I had to. How many times have you walked into a condo and see that's it not really dirty, but it's not really clean ? How many times have you run out of toiletries, not even an extra garbage bag left for you, no laundry or dishwasher detergent available ? Every single rental we've had, we had to make a shopping list of all the toiletries we'll need for the week. NOT HERE. Except for the food, obviously, EVERYTHING you could need or want IS PROVIDED. This is a very, very thoughtful owner. With new tv's, appliances, beautiful upgrades, you will not want to leave. The view is absolutely gorgeous. In Palmetto Dunes, the vegetation and trees have really grown, so unless you get an unobstructed view like this 5th floor provides, you'll never see the ocean. At the risk of repeating, the condo smelled great, and was just incredibly clean. I don't know about you, but an unclean rental can just ruin your vacation. The first minute we walked in, we knew we were going to have a great week. Ok, my sales pitch is over, lest I share this secret with everyone. Yes, the 5 star reviews are for real, it's well deserved. Thanks again Penny, and we'll see you on our next trip to the island.

“Great place” We got in town about 1 am in the morning and arriving to such a clean and cozy condo was just the ticket to begin our birthday anniversary trip to myrtle beach with our little fam of four. you van even see the ocean from the balcony. “EXCELLENT RENTAL FOR 2 PEOPLE CLEAN AND WELL KEPT” THANK YOU for the use of your condo. We really enjoyed the linens being on the bed and and easiness of check in. I would highly recommend this to a couple of a couple with 1 to 2 small children. We enjoyed the sunrises from the balcony and the condo was wonderful for our 10 day stay. Will return again !!!!!
