“North Tower #314” My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Michele and Dave's condo. Very clean and welcoming. Michele walked us through every detail and made sure we did not have any problems once we arrived. We will definitely be staying there again.

“This was a wonderful house for our family!” We were in town for our son's wedding and wanted to have a house, rather than hotel rooms for our large family. This house is beautiful and very comfortable. All the amenities we desired. Dieter Company accommodated all of our needs, including less than a full week's rental. Location is perfect, close to the entrance to Litchfield.

“Traumerei is a comfortable, enjoyable house and Dieter Co. staff” We've vacationed at Pawley's Island, Litchfield Beach since our daughter was little. She's 20 now and we still do. Traumarei is known as the flag house and is pet-friendly. Litchfield is a great place to relax and spend quality time with the family. We started using Dieter Co. 6 years ago and won't use anyone else now. Dieter Co. staff are friendly, helpful, and accomodating. You can't go wrong.

“Wonderful stay” We absolutely loved to stay here!!! Everything was amazing! We will be back for sure! Very clean! Quiet! Pool was great.. Close to everything you need or want.

“Marvelous, Relaxing Place/Gracious Owner” I cannot say enough complimentary things about this condo, its location, its condition, and most of all its owner. We had checked with Susan, the owner, about renting one of her places. When she had a late cancellation of the beach condo, she called US. Gave us great price, great arrival/departure leeway, accepted numerous phone calls and was SO gracious each time. The location is great, the beach/weather was marvelous. Very easy trip to Historic Charleston. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely check with Susan FIRST!!

“Cozy and beautiful beach condo” This condo at Mar Vista Grande is beautiful, right on North Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed our week stay. Anna,the owner was very responsive to all of my questions and emails. She was Lovely to deal with. I told her carpet had stains on it when we arrived, and she is going to replace the flooring. There is no iron or ironing board, so you would need to bring your own. Washer and dryer worked great. There is supposed to be no smoking throughout the entire condo building including pool area and balconies which we like because we are not smokers. People staying in condo to the right of us, 1206 smoked daily on their balcony. We couldn't sit outside on our balcony because of it. The beach was wonderful. We bought boogie boards and spent hours riding the waves. You can rent an umbrella and two beach chairs for five days from the local Myrtle Beach company for $125. A lot of people smoking cigarettes and cigars were on the beach all day long!! It was very annoying to try to relax and enjoy the beach with the smokers. Once your beach equipment you rent is put there, you are stuck when people who smoke set up in front of you and behind you. Mar Vista has a little bar hut that served beer but no liquor. So when we ordered Pina coladas for $8.00 each we were not told about no rum in them until after drinking them. They are served with white wine. My husband asked what rum they used and they said none. We wouldn't have ordered them if they would have been honest from the beginning. You can get a regular Pina colada for $5. The indoor pool was great when we needed relief from the sun. We spent time at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Both are nearby and have activities for all. Both had awesome fireworks! Overall we would recommend this condo.

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Class of 2016 graduates of South County High School had a wonderful stay” I booked this condo for my son and 5 of his friends who wanted to celebrate their graduation from high school. Their reaction and comments were "really nice" and they kept saying "thank you" . Dealing with the property manager (Patrick) was 100% very helpful and honest as well. Would definitely recommend as a wonderful place to stay for family more so than students. Very family oriented. The boys wanted a little bit more action but on the whole they were very happy with it. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations and thank you to Patrick for all of his help in putting up with a paranoid mother of one of the students.

“Great location and clean unit” The location of this unit is great. The back gate is just outside the unit and the walk to the beach is an easy one. The walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach Park and the shopping plaza was very easy. It's about half a mile. The beach off Ibis St is quiet and not nearly as crowded as the beach at the Shipyard Plantation club house. The club house beach was great because of the restroom facilities and ability to rent chairs and an umbrella, but our family preferred the quieter beach access outside the back gate. Also, the pictures do not do this unit justice. It was much nicer than I expected. The unit was clean and quiet. Our week long stay was great.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. A special thanks to anna for being so helpful with her recommendations for shopping and dining. We look forward to coming back soon!

“Myrtle Beach” Beautiful condo!! A bit chilly but we had a great time in the heated pools and walls on the beach. Very clean and updated. Sarah was just a text away if you needed any help. Would deffinatly return. If you get a chance visit Inlet plantation to horse back ride on an island on the ocean. A experience of a lifetime.

“A great family getaway in a perfect location!” We had a wonderful stay in October at this updated, clean, spacious cottage. Our two children loved the layout with the bathroom connecting their bedrooms, and my husband and I appreciated the child-friendly, safe setting. It is rare to find such comfortable beds in a rental! The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. The hospitable nature of the owners was felt from the first phone contact to the small, but important details of providing extra linens, detergent and brochures of the area attractions for their guests. We loved the fact that we were only a 3 minute walk from the pool and playground and just a bit further to the beach. Renting bikes, along with the swimming in the pool and at the beach, kept us pleasantly busy, but did not prevent us from having the calm, family-oriented week which allowed us to re-connect. This is a cottage we definitely hope to visit again!

“Great Stay” Great pool and beach. Make sure to rent bikes. With 2 young kids and many beach items, it would be a long walk. The Villa was great. We enjoyed good food at Fresh Fields and many activities at Night Heron Park. Bohicket Marina had a yummy ice cream shop. Art is great to work with!

“Most perfect place to stay” We cannot begin to tell you about the amazing time we had in Hilton Head Island! At first arrival we were so impressed with your Villa and the location. It was more than perfect for our family. It gave us all the flexibility of enjoying kid and adult activities simultaneously. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beautiful beach and the accessibility was priceless with two little ones. We enjoyed some of the restaurants in Shelter Cove and especially the live music from your extra large balcony. Your Villa is a gem and we can tell why you fell in love with Hilton Head Island. We fell in love too!

“Peaceful and serene” What a lovely place to spend the most perfect girls' weekend. The owners made it feel welcoming and comfortable, and the house felt very clean. The location was central: Minutes to downtown and several beaches.

“Love this place!” The Sheraton Broadway Plantation is a beautiful place to stay in Myrtle Beach. We are not timeshare owners but find a way to rent there every year. The rooms are gorgeous and clean and the staff is very friendly. The pool is great and if you have small children the Splash Park is the place to be. Highly recommend checking them out!

“Fantastic condo and great location” My partner and I stayed there for a 5 day break and loved it!! The location is great...only a few mins walk from the beach. The complex has an exclusive feel and is very private. Parking is right outside so easy access. The condo is very spacious and in really good condition. The bedrooms are really big with ensuites and so definitely has room for larger groups. It has everything you need for a break by the sea. Hilton head island is gorgeous and the beach is great. Local restaurants are great too. The owners seem really nice and very helpful. Would very much recommend this as a stay for anyone.
