“Wonderfully spacious, beautiful,private, equipped, convenient,an” The photo doesn't truly capture all that this "cottage" has to offer...including a very easy walk to the beach. Large enough for private (even work) time and warm enough for being together and visiting with extended family and friends.(The only difficulty would be transporting a 91 yo mom up the stairs to visit.) As experienced renters over the last 25 years, having wifi, laundry, relaxing tub, great dining space, and enough privacy to feel "away", we were thoroughly pleased...A true delight and wonderful surprise after a long trip from Michigan. Thank you.

“Family loved beach house” We have been vacationing at the Cape for years but this wonderful home has won our hearts. The grand kids look forward to walking back and forth to the sandy beach. The evenings are just spectacular looking at the constellations from the great decking. Every year there is a new family of osprey birds in the large nest located just yards away in the natural environment of trees and a pond within view of the house. We witness the care the parents give to the birds as they feed them fresh fish caught from the pond and listen to their cries for more fish and their return. We will return to recapture our memories of our family and celebrate those who are no longer with us.

“Awesome” We had a great time on our vacation at 102/104 Old Wharf Road. There were three families aging from 3 to 50 and every one enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room and just a walk across the street to the beach. I would suggest bringing extra fans because there is no air conditioning and even with ceiling fans and sea breeze inside still gets hot. The service with Martha Murray Real Estate was excellent...always answered any questions and we had small leak under kitchen sink and they fixed it right away. I hope to enjoy many more summers there.

“delightful” this was the second year in a row that we rented the house. they installed new washer and dryer. it is kept up very nicely. new grill outdoors too. the extra shower outside the house is very helpful. having our own private beach makes all the difference. we came with two teenagers, and other four grand kids. they love to play outdoors and swim constantly. yes, there is seaweed on the beach and shells, but once you go beyond the first two feet, it is fantastic. love the large dining area where we all play board games in the evening. looking forward to next August :)

“dennisport vacation spot” it was a fresh, clean place. Walking distance to several dining places. Great place to take a walk and relaxing on the beach was the best. Did not have to haul chairs etc to beach, it was right there. Loved it.

“Heaven on the Cape” This house is one of the best places I have stayed over the course of my travels. It is well arranged and the location and private water front/beach can not be beat. I so look forward to walking in the front door and immediately opening all of the windows and doors to see and hear the waves hitting the shore.

“Perfect place in Dennis Port” The location was fantastic for our purposes...a few things (i.e. restaurants/bars) within waling distance; 25 feet up the boardwalk to the beach (semi-private, sandy, with sea shells for our two year old daughter to find, and terrific view of the ocean from both the main level deck and roof-top deck). Great house, overall. Martha Murray Real Estate was easy to work with, very quick to reply to queries and provided an additional aC unit to us upon request (of course, my wife is pregnant so I believe that's how we got that particular accommodation). Next time on the Cape, I'll look for their properties.

“Great location and great house.” This is a fantastic house, in a great location with plenty of room and amenities for the $$. Spacious rooms that are well kept, all the extras you would want, all in a decent price range. Only gripes are the water pressure of outdoor shower, and the electrical could use a new breaker panel upgrade to handle a few more a/C units. Nothing that cannot be easily fixed with a visit from a plumber and electrician. Renting this home is a no brainer for anyone who needs the space, or just wants the space.
