We had a great time at this beautiful home. It had all amenities we needed and more, lots of space in a beautiful waterfront setting. Really enjoyed the bikes & kayaks! And swam at the community pool. Would definitely come back.

We love staying here. Our most recent of four stays was in Sept., 2011. With spectacular views of the water and mountains, this home is welcoming, comfortable, high quality and so meticulously maintained that it feels new each time we arrive. The décor is tasteful and uncluttered. Everything you need (and don’t know you need) is well stocked.
It’s obvious that much care was put into making this place fun and memorable for families and guests of any age. The great room naturally lends to lively gatherings for meals, movies, games and relaxing by the fire. The large kitchen works well for cooking and conversing with guests. There are plenty of bedrooms and extra sleeping possibilities upstairs and down, as well as indoor activities and all kinds of sports equipment in the garage for outside use. One of our favorite pastimes is simply sitting and talking in the living room with the grand views in the background.
Try some of the owners’ suggestions of things to do in their Local Attractions book. The owners clearly find and create interesting and enjoyable opportunities in the South Lake Tahoe area, then thoughtfully share them with their guests. Also, if you have access to a boat, use it here. The ride through Tahoe Keys and out onto the lake to pristine Emerald Bay is beautiful and serene. Whatever you might want is nearby - water, snow, mountains, shops, entertainment, restaurants, more. The owners are helpful, friendly and accommodating. Great year-round to just put up your feet or go out and have fun. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely home with room for a whole family (or two!). We were in Tahoe for a wedding and this location served as a wonderful place to get away and relax with each other. The house is very clean and meticulously maintained. It is exactly as described. The owners are wonderful and were able to answer all my questions - I had to call about the trash compactor and was able to call Jane and figure it out right away.
