Beautiful Beach Condo, 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Baths, Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!!

From the minute you open the front door to the unit, you will be awed by the magnificent views of the Gulf from the living area and the downstairs balcony. As you unpack in the 10th floor bedrooms, you will be amazed at the additional views of the Laguna Madre and the Causeway back to the mainland. Breathtaking! Watching the sunrise over the Gulf or the sunset over the Intercostal Waterway is an amazing experience.

This floor plan at Sunchase IV has a very unique kitchen and living area downstairs on the 9th floor. Floor to ceiling windows, facing the Gulf, give you a perfect view of the beach from anywhere in the living area. Imagine standing at the kitchen sink and watching the waves roll onto the beach as kite boarders enjoy their sport or dolphins frolic in the surf. You will appreciate the extra space in the kitchen and living area that this plan offers. The living room contains a 70" flat screen TV, a DVD player and a murphy bed queen size bed. A half bath is located off the living room.

The two bedrooms, two full baths and the laundry space is located upstairs on the 10th floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed set, 37" flat screen TV and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a 27" flat screen TV. There is no need to have to worry about having to deal with dirty laundry on a return trip home. There is a full size washer and dryer located in this unit.

Wireless internet is available in the condo and is password protected. Sometimes you just want to stay connected.

The Sunchase IV property offers lush grounds with a tropical feel. The outdoor heated pool with cascade fountains, the children's pool and the hot tub are located in the center of the property. The second outdoor large pool is in close proximity to the beach. We have 2 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts and 2 ping pong tables for guest's use. Equipment is available upon request. Call the onsite management office and they will gladly deliver any of the following: tennis rackets, tennis balls, badminton rackets, birdies, racquetball rackets, racquetball balls, pickle ball net, pickle ball paddles, pickle ball balls, ping pong paddles, or ping pong balls.

If the weather is not ideal for outdoor activities, we have a second floor spacious library that offers WIFI access, books, board games, puzzles, magazines and a large screen TV. The remodeled exercise room is adequately equipped so you don't have to miss out on your daily exercise regime.

Relaxation is provided in the steam and sauna facilities. The seventh floor sundeck offers spectacular gulf views. Lounge chairs, chairs and tables are set up so guests can relax while soaking up the sun.

Sunchase IV does have direct beach access and access to the property is controlled.

Suchase IV, during the month of March requires that all renters be age 25 or older, unless they are traveling with a parent or guardian.

How do damage deposits work?
