Right on the beach, 10 feet from the building to the sand, and directly faces the ocean. The view is stunning and you can hear the ocean from the balcony & master bedroom when lying in bed.

Perfect for family gatherings and beach getaways. Relax on our balcony overlooking the ocean and enjoy the beautiful view. Wake up to the stunning sunrise that you will take your breath away.

Our Sea Vista complex is closest to the ocean and you will not find better ocean views on the island. It's located on the 3rd floor, giving you a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico (there is an elevator in the building).

The master bedroom and living room in our ocean view condo has floor to ceiling view of the beach. Relax on our private balcony overlooking the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, another king size bed in the second bedroom along with a set of bunk beds. The third room has another king bed and another set of bunk beds. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. We provide boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys and games, beach towels, swimming life jackets, everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. And if you have little ones we provide a pack'n'play, stroller, baby carrier/sling, and a baby bathtub.

Wireless Internet Access is available in the complex.

This is our family vacation condo and we visit it often ourselves. We keep it very clean and updated. You will not be disappointed.

Getting around

Thanks to its location on the southern end of the island, the condo affords you quick and easy bridge access and allows you to avoid the sometimes very-heavy traffic on the main strip (Padre Blvd). The condo complex has secured and gated parking for your vehicles. If you’re flying in, we recommend renting a car, but there’s also a free shuttle that goes up and down the island and to Port Isabel (across the bridge on the mainland) every 30 min. The bus stop is only about a quarter of a mile walk, from the condo to the main road (Padre Blvd).

“Best location ever”

Great condo with huge bedrooms stocked with everything we needed. Proximity to the beach cannot be beat. Quiet location on the beach away from crowds. Very well maintained. Will return.

Response from the owner We're glad you enjoyed the condo, the complex and the island! Thanks again for staying with us! To help clarify for others... All of the Sea Vista units were built with this layout (large sliding doors to the bedroom off the living room). We assume the original intent was for this area to be used as a guest bedroom and the sliding doors are to allow the amazing beach view to be as expansive as possible. We prefer this bedroom as "the Master", as do most guests, and we use it that way when we are there, for a few reasons: 1) the attached private bathroom. 2) the distance from the other bedrooms. 3) and most importantly, WAKING UP TO THE BREATHTAKING VIEW OF THE BEACH OUT THE WINDOWS! :) We miss it every morning we aren't there... :( We have a 19 yr old son and have zero privacy issues, but every family is different. Some guests may prefer to use the larger 2nd bedroom as the Master, if they do not prefer the sliding door access of the beachside bedroom. All of the bedrooms have a king size bed in them so you really have a lot of flexibility with the sleeping arrangements to find what works for your family. We should add that all of the beachside windows, including in the master bedroom, have floor to ceiling quality blinds so you are able to block off the beachside bedroom from the outside if needed.

How do damage deposits work?
