Come and" Sea" for yourself. Completely upgraded and New Condo right on the beach! Fall in love with the views and enjoy Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances, Custom Cabinetry , granite and quartz counters and a Fresh decor that is inviting. We are very happy with the outcome and believe you will be too. From the Large Balcony that extends from the Living Area all the way to the Master Bedroom, you have unobstructed Front-Row Ocean Views. Access the beach directly thru the private path or enjoy yourself lounging by the pool on the other side. Perfect for a Romantic Getaway for two or Fun at the Beach with a Group. Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise in your King Bed (Master Bedroom) with its en-suite full bath. The gorgeous views continue throughout the living areas and Kitchen in this apartment. The second Bedroom provides guests with a Queen Bed Bunk that has a Twin XL (larger than twin bed) on top and finally a trundle Bed, as well. This bedroom is on the Laguna side where the sundown is just gorgeous and a must see. There is a double sink large vanity for guest and a full bath to share. For additional guests there is also the Sofa Bed in the Living Room. Our piece of paradise is located at the Top Level of the Three Story Family Friendly 'Continental' Building. Because #303 is the highest and middle unit, it provides an excellent vantage point and killer views. We hope to be able to host you soon. Feel confident, while we are relatively new on flipkey this condo has over 20 excellent 5 star reviews in two other websites.
