Our Dunes condo rentals are located at 125 E. Georgia Ruth st. on the South Padre Island beach side. Ground-Floor Condo in Gated Complex Near Beach – with shared pool and kiddie pool. Enjoy prime ocean views and a front-row seat to the weekly South Padre Island fireworks from the observation deck at this 2BR, 2BA condo. GRILLING allowed in southwest corner of building designated area only bring your own grill. Less than a 2-minute walk to the beach, and close to dining and nightlife. Located in The Dunes, a private gated community, this ground-floor condo has a designated, tandem parking spot (for 2 vehicles), though several visitor parking spots are available for additional cars. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.

A patio right outside the front door is the perfect spot for relaxing on 2 wicker rocking chairs. Gray and blue hues create a welcoming ambiance in the living room, where you will want to put your feet up to unwind on the leather love seat or leather recliner chair, watching the 40” flat screen TV with DVD player. Two armchairs provide additional seating.

The bright white kitchen has everything you need for quick snacks and large meals, including full-size appliances and ample counter and cabinet space. Extras include a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. When it’s time to eat, sit down at the 4-person glass-top table or belly up to the kitchen bar with 2 barstools. A washer/dryer is tucked away in the closet off the dining room. Sweet dreams await in the master bedroom with a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, 32” flat screen TV, dresser, and luggage rack. The master en-suite bathroom has a closet and tub/shower combination with an adjustable, extendable massaging showerhead. Tuck the kids into the 2nd bedroom, where they’ll love falling asleep in the twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunk beds. The room also comes with a wall-mounted 24” flat screen TV, large closet, and bright blue and green bedding. A 2nd full bath offers a tub/shower combo with rain showerhead. All guests except for nonwalking infants must wear wristbands on the property. The gated condo community offers privacy and security, plus a shared pool and kiddie pool. Make the short 2-minute trek to beach access #20, immediately across Gulf Blvd. at Georgia Ruth. You’re just minutes from several restaurants, including Wanna Wanna (3 minutes on foot) and Burger Fi (6 minutes on foot). Have a nightcap or party the night away at one of the fun bars, such as the Coral Reef Lounge (3 minutes on foot). Find just the right souvenir at Surfs Up and Ship Shape (3 minutes on foot) and stock up on supplies and groceries at Island Market (4 minutes on foot). Head to the south side of the island, where you can take a boat tour or go on a fishing adventure. For the adrenaline junkies, Schlitterbahn Water Park is just 11 minutes away and features dizzying water slides and rides.

Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers.

We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
