Relax in this Spacious 5th Floor Beach Front Condo with a magnificent view of the Gulf. Saida Towers has 3 large Pools, one children's Pool, 3 hot tubs, 4 Tennis courts, an Island hut bar and snack bar, 7 days 24 hour security in a fully gated complex only a few blocks from Schlitterbahn Beach South Padre Island Water park. Saida IV 503 is elegantly decorated to dazzle you with luxury. The furniture and accessories are all new to provide you with beauty and comfort.
The newly remodeled Kitchen is very well equipped. Granite Counter tops surround you with solid wood custom made cabinets that enclose every accessory you need for your dining experience. All new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances have been provided.
The Dining room table seats Six and the breakfast bar has 4 bars tools. The large Living room is well appointed and updated with two sofas and a over sized occasional chair and lets not forget the awesome Gulf views. Cable TV and DVD have been added for your enjoyment.
Saida IV 503's Fabulous Master suite gives you a total wall of windows to enjoy the awesome view of the Gulf. Large and airy, with a King-size bed, a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Dvd. Saida IV 503’s master suite has His and Her vanity that is filled with plenty of cabinets for storage and there is lots of closet space and shelves for your belongings. You will love the ease of access of the walk-in shower. There is also a closet with a washer and dryer for your use.
The second very large Bedroom has two queen size beds that are tastefully appointed. Plenty of room in this bedroom with its wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD. The second bath has a tub and shower combo. There is a walk-in closet with lots of storage.
Walk on to the Balcony that fronts the entire Condo. You can see all the Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis courts and the Gulf of Mexico from the Balcony. You can see it all sitting at the patio dining table with 4 chairs and a lounge chair.

This was our first time to the island and we had a great time! The pictures for this condo don't do it justice. We had plenty of room and tons of fun!
