NICE CONDO IN RECENTLY UPDATED COMPLEX ON THE BEACH - 2 bedroom, 1 bath Condo on the beach on beautiful South Padre Island, Texas. The Best Beach in Texas! You must see the beautiful views of the bay, Island and beach from our balcony! The complex is gated and family friendly. The Condo has all the comforts of home, with everything that you might need if you decide to eat in. We have beach stuff available for your use along with beach towels. There is a TV in every room along with a DVD player. There is Basic Cable with no premiums. Most of the shops & restaurants are within walking distance but there is a shuttle that runs up & down the Island & stops right outside the front gate in case you need a ride. There is now a Ferris Wheel on the Island from where you can get great views of everything! Best of all is that the beach calls to you right out the back gate! Come see for yourself!

Getting around

The Island has a bus service called the Metro Bus. Two buses run up and down the Island at 30 minute intervals. One of them will even take you across to the mainland to allow you to shop in the historic lighthouse area as well other stores such as Wal-Mart. This shuttle bus is free and it picks up right outside our gates.

House rules

During Spring Break -up through the end of October- all guests (ages 10 & above) must wear a wrist band which will be given at the time of check-in. There is no charge for the initial wrist band but there will be a replacement charge if lost. Check in after 3pm and check out by 11 am. THERE IS A STRICT 6 PERSON LIMIT ON OCCUPANCY. THIS INCLUDES TODDLERS AND INFANTS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ANY VISITORS.

Response from the owner I am so very sorry that your stay was not good. I would have been happy to work with you if you had reached out to me. The closet in the hallway is always locked because it is not accessible for renters. Our linens are certainly not that old and we are sorry that you thought so. As to the cleanliness I will certainly take this up with our cleaning people. Our listing shows the views from the balcony so that renters can see that it is not full beach view. Again I am sorry that you felt your stay was bad.
