Within walking distance of Southport's famous Promenade and beach front, town centre, train station, bars and Southport's famous golf courses. Private garage parking for 2 cars. Additional sofa bed suitable for small child.

“Outstanding!”

Absolutely beautiful house rented for my family for my daughter's wedding. Huge attention to detail and lovely touches (eg welcome Christmas hamper). Nothing too much trouble for the owner! We fell in love with the house and highly recommend it ! Warm, spacious and comfortable! Luxurious touches eg jacuzzi bath. Very sociable happy house. Thankyou so much :) xx

“Lovely stay”

We had a lovely stay at The Loft, the apartment is spacious and furnished to a high standard. It has three very large bedrooms all with en-suit bathrooms. It is in a prime location in Southport in walking distance to all shops and train station. It has a large garage which we parked 2 cars in which was ideal as parking in Southport can become expensive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners was excellent.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review I am sorry you had an issue with cleanliness and didn’t bring it to my attention while you were there as the property is professionally cleaned before each let and I could have arranged for the cleaners to attend. Sadly the remote was broken by tenants at the beginning of August and we are waiting for these from the supplier. Can you let me know which utensils were missing so I can add these to the kitchen. How do damage deposits work?
