In the most fascinating and evocative of Umbria la casa give you feelings of past life together with the comfort of modernity.
The apartments are furnished in Spello House vintage style shabby chic recalls, ... Upon entering you will be enveloped in soft colors and delicate, each object will have a story to tell ... and I'll love..
They are in a historic medieval building that for centuries was the boundary of the terziere as evidenced even today the authentic chain hanging on the walls that divided the ancient quarters. It lies just inside the door At a few steps from the Roman Villa Sant'Anna of recent discovery, and 50 meters from the parking area free of charge.
On the first floor there is the "Patio" a very large apartment decorated in shabby chic style as follows: entrance, large living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy fabulous breakfasts, lunches and romantic dinners in a really suggestive setting.
The apartment has a beautiful and functional fireplace that warms up winter evenings. During the summer our guests have access to a wonderful pool conventioned structure just 3 km easily reachable also with the bikes that we provide after booking.
Spello is an ideal base for your excursions.. Assisi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Spoleto.etc., are near..
