Description
Luxury Villa Paradise is a new built modern villa in Split on very peaceful position located few minutes drive to the center of the city and famous ancient Diocletians palace as well as only 4 km from the beautiful beaches.
The land covers 1300 square meters surrounded by hand made traditional Dalmatian stone and many olive trees which makes this villa very spacious and will offer our guests very high privacy to enjoy every minute of staying in our villa.
Villa will provide you with flat-screen tv, airconditioning, floor heated in winter period, an additionally equipped kitchen and living room area directly connected with the land and few different terraces, garden grill area, relax place and outdoor heated swimming pool.
We offer joyful activities like table tennis, darts, bicycles, bowling area, and even small private football field just for our guests.
The property offers free parking.
Everything is done following high standards to make our guests to enjoy and relax in a very peaceful area but also near center, famous beaches, shopping areas, golf course,etc.
Within few hours drive you can visit some of the most famous places in Croatia like national parks Krka and Plitvice, towns like Trogir, Makarska and Dubrovnik as well as islands Braač, Hvar and Vis.

Response from the owner Dear Jonathan and family, thank you for making review and as always I would like to improve my bussinnes. Sorry to mention but in your review there is nothing to improve. Villa is located in Split only few km from old town but offers large privacy , peace , huge land with private pool and even small football field. Having all this it cannot be located in old town as you mentioned many times. That is practucally impossible. I am sorry that you did not enjoy all advantage of my villa and the land which belongs to villa. You obviously like more to stay in old town where you have many bars, music all night, and no privacy. Regarding my villa all is explained in details together with photos and except you all my guests just loved the villa , area ,large land and everything that you get for the price. Ofcourse top season price is higher than in period of preseason. Anyhow wish you all the best in life ,Gordan, villa owner
