Perfectly positioned Victorian gem on the seaside. Elevated and private with stunning views over False Bay. The Historic Seaside Villa is on Main Road with access to promenade walks along the False Bay coastline. It is a beautifully restored 4-bedroom Villa with gleaming wooden floors, high ceilings and spectacular views. It is within walking distance of St James Tidal Pool, popular shops, restaurants and surf spots from Muizenberg to Kalk Bay. Off-street parking for one car.

Seaside Historic Villa St James boasts uninterrupted sea views of False Bay throughout. The Villa upstairs comprises two large bedrooms, a full bathroom and a separate toilet. The main bedroom has direct access to the balcony overlooking False Bay. The downstairs area comprises a large open-plan living space made up of an eat-in kitchen and a spacious lounge area with a TV. Moving into the heart of the Villa, you will find 2 adjoining bedrooms, both enjoy ensuite bathrooms. The patio is expansive with seating and a braai/BBQ area flowing onto a level grassed garden. In the lounge, there is a centrally placed double-sided fireplace with a kid’s corner. Scullery leads off the back of the kitchen. Adjoining is an open-air courtyard with a wash line.

Getting around

Having a car is ideal but it is possible to get around quite easily on foot or using taxis. All the beaches are a short walk away as are the restaurants. Bread and milk can be bought at the cafe at the station and fresh produce can be bought at Checkers in Muizenberg or ordered online and delivered to the house from Woolworths.
