Your home away from home and MORE! After spending over 25 years in the hospitality industry having you as our guest and pleasing you with our comfortable home and fabulous food is our first priority! Come enjoy the country and our Southern hospitality!

A nice three bedroom, two bath manufactured home with covered parking for two vehicles located approximately 15 miles from Davis Wade Stadium at M.S.U. Centrally located within 30 minutes of Columbus, West Point and Macon. Right in the middle of the Golden Triangle area! Resting on 1.5 acres of lush land with lots of beautiful green pastures and trees in the background also tree lined on the front road.

Nicely decorated, all three bedrooms are furnished with antique double beds, all with new mattresses, dressers and lamps. The Master bath has a separate soaking tub and walk in shower, while the second bath has a tub shower combo. All bedding, bath and kitchen towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot. We even supply your coffee (Folgers) and condiments. Dishes, glasses, cook, bake ware and all utensils are also provided. The griller in the family has a charcoal grill in the back complete with patio furniture.

All utilities, cable and Internet are included. Also included is a utility room with washer & dryer.

Pets Considered.

We offer a full catering menu for all meals plus lots of tail gate foods (orders must be placed and paid for one week in advance). Don't forget most entrees as well as many sides and appetizers can be frozen and taken home for those nights you do not want to cook.

Sit on the glider on the front porch with your coffee and watch the sun rise, in the late afternoons take in the glorious sunset over the trees from the chairs on the back porch. There is wonderful biking to the Noxubee Refuge where you will find a huge beautiful lake with so much wildlife, be sure to bring your camera as you take in the walking trails, look out points and the beauty of the nature surrounding you. If you enjoy the peace and quiet, with the comfort of home yet want easy access to restaurants, theaters and shopping and all the activities of M.S.U, M.U.W. or the Columbus Air Force base; we have just the place for you!

Note: This is a working cattle farm. NO ONE is allowed outside the yard in the pastures, no exception! While baby calves are so cute, their Mothers are very protective!

Please treat our facility with the same respect you treat your home. Pull the grill away from the home before using. Before departure, strip beds, excluding comforters, shams and throw pillow (these are sent to the dry cleaners). Place all bed linens and used bath and kitchen linens in the laundry hamper in the laundry room. Call us, our cell numbers are listed on the house rules on the fridge to alert us that you are getting ready to depart.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for your lovely review. We enjoyed having you and your wonderful family as our guests! We are approximately 20 minutes if you take the shortest route from Wal Mart, Kroger and all other shopping in Starkville, MS. We are approximately 12 minutes from the round about at Mississippi State University. So it is not much of a drive. If your stay is for relaxation, an athletic game, baseball weekend a summer camp or class for your child or you. If anyone is coming to do contract work at the International Paper Mill, steel Mill, PACCAR, or any of the other plants in the Columbus or West Point area we are also only about 25 minutes away. With our rental being fully furnished it is a wonderful place to stay where like this family you have everything provided. All you need is to bring your clothes, food and enjoy our peaceful Southern hospitality!
