“Great little condo”

The condo was newly remodeled, within walking distance of Gondola Square and perfect for the two of us. As a bonus a bear walked right past the front door our first afternoon there. How cool is that? (As long as you aren't eaten by the bear)

I stayed there with my family for a week in March. We had a great time. The condo is beautifully decorated, very nicely equipped especially kitchen etc, it was really clean when we got there.
The only little complain I could add is if the Pioneer Ridge had a more frequent bus service. With little kids going back and forth between gondola and condo we got stuck waiting too long for the bus. At least my kids thought it was too long, but you know how the kids are... very impatient.
“We loved our stay at Steamboat and was very comfortable.”

The unit was well equipped in the kitchen. We did not do cooking however. The master bed could be more comfortable however. The furnishings and decorating was well done. We opened the only window at night to be safe. Otherwise opening the patio entrance to the screen door did help with the warm days when no air-conditioning.
All was very clean and well kept.

Place was great just a bit hot. The window was jamed shut. No air conditioning and very hot this time of year. Ceiling fans would be advised. Other then that was a great stay nice place and great staff. We had two little girls with us so sleeping with slider doors open was hard for mom to deal with for saftey.

The unit was beautiful, the people at the Mgt. Co. were Great . The unit is in a good location. The problem we were not told that they are doing repairs around the complex that did not warrant the price . Also the owner or renter upstairs was very noisy at night . The acoustics are not great if you have an inconsiderate neighbor.

Pioneer Ridge provided a first rate vacation experience from begining to end. The Storm Watch 104 unit was even nicer than the internet slideshow depicted. Would highly recommend a Pioneer Ridge property to anyone in the future!

The condo was quite adequate for the two nights we were there. Staff was very accommodating. However, the lock on the door was very difficult since the key did not go into the lock smoothly. I would contact Pioneer Ridge again for accommodations.
“Everyone we dealt with was nicer than the next - great experienc”

The only thing disappointing was the snow-everything else was fabulous....really enjoyed to 100. gift card. I've always booked with Steamboat Res and got the rsvip card and never really used the added features.....the gift certificate sealed the deal ......thanks.

This property was all that we expected. The condo was a bit smaller than in looked in the photos, but beautifully furnished and very clean and comfortable.
The staff at Pioneer Ridge was really helpful.
Great view to the ski area.
The parking was tight, but we did get a spot everyday.
The shuttle wasn't running yet because it was low season (we were told that up front however). I am sure this is even better when the shuttle is running.
“An overall wonderful experience, we would repeat.”

The Condo was charming and the location perfect. The transportation arrangements could not have beeen better. All the vendors you recommended were outstanding. The only down side was that the airport tansportation was not door to door. On the way back to the airport we had to be picked up at your office, rather that the Condo, but your transportation handled that as well.

I really enjoyed my stay in Stormwatch Condominiums.
The apartment was really nice and everything worked as it should. The people working in the reception of Pioneer Ridge were really friendly and helpful answering my questions and everything was clear and easy to understand. Thumbs up

Beautiful condo, nicely furnished and beautifully renovated with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and two modern bathrooms. The living are was generous and the flat screen T.V. added a nice touch.
Kudos to your staff who made check in and check out easy and smooth. mr Fleming could not have been more accomodating and helpful
Your cleaning staff could do a better job of dusting around the windows(cobwwebs and misc. yukkies. Other than that we loved the condo.
We are planning a return trip to Steamboat next fall and if SW104 is available we will stay there again. Don & Maryann
