Great location between the main street and the mountain. No A/C, but never needed it in July. Kept the cool breeze going with the windows open the whole time. Just beautiful! Never saw a mosquito in Steamboat the whole week! Take the Gondola up on Thursdays/Sundays for Sunset Happy Hour. Amazing views! We will stay here again!

Lodging was excellent, comfortable, and in a great location. Also convenient to the Steamboat shuttle service, ~ 3 minute walk.Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen outfitted wonderfully. Upstairs was a little confusing as the unit was shown as a two level, but up the stairs the room was locked and closed. Two bedrooms were functional but both on the first floor. Adequate for the 5 people in my party. Would stay here again without hesitation. Very nice unit.

The Pines were a nice quiet neighborhood until the last night we were there. The people below us must not have been aware of the 7 pm to 7 am quiet time. They certainly made a lot of racket until 2:30am. Not the fault of the management, I know. Everything in the condo itself was fine, even though the refrigerator could not keep up with the demand for ice. We found some though. The condo was clean and the location was central to our needs. We did not use the hot tub but knew it was available. It really was a pleasant stay for us. This is the first time we rented a condo for vacation and we enjoyed the aspect of dining in or out. It was certainly more comfortable than a motel room.

We loved the accommodations with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and well-decorated interior. However, the management company left something to be desired. After requesting an early check-in with no response after several follow ups, we checked in to discover that despite the rental fee and the cleaning fee, we owed either another $29 or a $250 hold on our credit card for a damage waiver. Then after wanting to do nothing but let our kids cool off and watch some TV after a long, hot, dirty and sweaty day of baseball, the cable did not work and there were no directions to connect to the internet. We continued to have technology problems: the TV stopped working in one of the bedrooms and the internet stopped working at one point. Now you don't go to Steamboat Springs to watch TV or play on the internet, but when your child plays 6 hours of baseball in the hot sun all day, they kind of don't want to do a whole lot else. I complained to the management that I had spent several hours dealing with technology problems over my short two days and demanded some kind of compensation. I was told they needed to check with the manager, but then never received a call back. We plan on returning to Steamboat annually, and will avoid using this management company again. But we loved the condo! Great convenient location and a lovely, welcoming place.

I can't say enough great things about this adorable condo. The beds are awesome, kitchen has it all! If I had to find a negative I would say it is, by no means close to the shuttle. This did not effect us because we rented a car. If you were cold and on ski's..Be prepared for a walk.

Four of us stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. We had no grill for our dinner but the management company provided a loaner. The convenience of the shopping center was great.
Next time we will seek a unit with a better view but we have no complaints about the unit or the service.
