I brought 5 High School Soccer boys to a tourney in Estes and the place worked great for all six of us. We had room to spread out, had reasonable space to cook, dine together and hang out. The appliance, kitchen and bathroom updates make this a good value with up to date accomodations.

My experience here was awesome!
Front desk was super friendly - gave us a map of the area, and explained where everything was while marking it on the map for us. The only downfall was we weren't told how to check-out, but that was also partially my bad on planning. The shuttle we took wouldn't stop at the front desk for check-out, so we ended up leaving the keys in the room and calling the front desk to check-out via phone, which they were super cool about. Hot tub was right outside our building, short jog - just make sure you call to confirm they're open because the electricity was out when we went and we had to wait an hour, but since it was right next door for us, we just went back to our room and went when we saw the lights turned on from our room. Rooms were divided great - the loft with 2 twin and a bunk was great for singles on the trip. The two set of couches (1 pull-out that we left as a couch) was so comfortable that some opt to sleep on those instead of the bed! Fireplace was super cozy and warms up quick - be careful of putting your gears next to it to dry, it will melt! Kitchen was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for cooking all of our meals! The place was really roomy for 10 people with all of our snowboard gears/luggage.
I personally absolutely love the balcony! We can watch the sun set over the base, the trail we hop on to get to the base, the lift running, snowmaking at night, and because we were at the corner condo, looking down - we can also see all these beautifully decorated trees along the driveway!
Overall, my experience here was phenomenal, and I am so glad that I upgraded us to this bigger condo - was absolutely worth every penny. If I ever plan another Steamboat trip, this will no doubt be my choice of stay. Everyone was friendly, place was kept super clean, and the place just felt like home, but with a whole bunch of friends. It was purely awesome!
