Location can't be beat!. great view. Relatively quiet. A bit dated but nice kitchen with new appliances. well stocked supplies. Bed was comfortable, accommodations not luxury but very well suited to our needs. This is our 2nd time at this building and will stay again for location and view. Shuttle service is outstanding except for some really grumpy drivers. Don't rent a car, save yourself hundreds.

Really enjoyed the stay. Fantastic location. The perfect amount of space for a group of 4 guys and all their gear.
The ski in / ski out was fantastic. Most of us snowboard and we never had to unstrap and push to get back in. In fact, we spent 5 days on the mountain and I hardly recall any pushing (except the 'First Chance' traverse after hiking up to the double blacks, that was a brutal)

The place was very comfortable, but a bit overcrowded - too much large furniture for the small space. Beds were very comfortable. One of the windows had a broken latch, and our stay was during a warm period, so we would have loved to been able to open that window for extra circulation! The carpet was a bit torn up in spots, and appeared in need of cleaning. The kitchen was very well equipped. Except for the heat, we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.
Location wise, the spot is excellent. We enjoyed walks up the canyon in the evenings, and it was close to shopping and restaurants. We also got a kick out of watching the bikers come down the hill.
Housekeeping was unobtrusive and made sure that our needs were met.

Have been to steamboat many times and stayed at storm meadow east and other rentals
concerns - lack of cooking utensils frying pans ETC
blinds broke and had to be manually raised and closed
needed updating badly TVS were updated by did not have HD cable which Doesnt help with an HD TV parking was terrible cars were parked in Nonparking spots which made pulling out of your spot very difficult
condo was clean and maid service was good staff at check in/out were very friendly Read more
We are pleased that the service provided by Mountain Resorts was good and the staff was friendly. The television service selected by the HOA at Storm Meadows East does not include High Definition. Parking spaces can be hard to determine with snow on the ground, yet this is the first time this issue has been reported. The owner of this property approved a new kitchen inventory package prior to their stay over the holidays. Housekeeping conducted a kitchen inventory for this 1 bedroom plus studio unit that can accommodate up to 6 people and it has three frying pans, one with cover, three sauce pans, a dutch oven, a crock pot, blender and mixer and a full compliment of dishes, flat ware, utensils and glasses.
