This nicely appointed unit was very comfortable and clean. The walking paths and underground parking were a plus. It had adequate space for the 3 of us. We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony overlooking the creek with a view if the ski mountain. We would definitely select this unit/complex again. We loved it.
“Great location, value for family of 4 plus grandparents”

We were pleasantly surprised with this rental! It was our first trip to steamboat as a family, and my parents came with us. The unit was very cozy for the 6 of us. My parents were very comfortable in the master, and my wife and I were just fine in the smaller bedroom with a queen. Our 11 and 9 year old girls slept like rocks on the pull out couch after getting lots of Colorado air and lots of great skiing every day. The grocery store was very close, so that made it easy to stock up on breakfast, fruit, and other healthy snacks. The only issues that that I reported at the end of our stay was that the unit was hot regardless of the thermostat setting, but that is not really an issue in the Colorado winter, so we just opened the porch door and the windows. We also had a problem with one of the toilets stopping up multiple times, but again, no big deal to us since we understood that this was a common problem in CO where low flow toilets are common and since the Mountain Resorts front desk was on it right away and a friendly maintenance man came within 30 minutes of us calling even though it was after hours. The location was great because we could walk about 500 yards on a path to the base; however, we took advantage of the morning and afternoon mountain resorts shuttle service since it was so convenient and responsive. I highly recommend the shuttle if you have younger kids and have to carry their gear.

We stayed at the terraces at eagle ridge from the 4th of Feb for 6 nights. We found the accommodation to be of an excellent standard and met all our needs. There have been mixed reviews relating to the shuttle bus service but we found it excellent and have no complaints. I would have no hesitation in returning and booking into the same accomodation.
