The Sugar Loaf Mountain residence at One Steamboat Place offers unrivaled ski-in/ski-out access at the base of the mountain. Beautifully appointed, you will feel right at home after you return from a day on the slopes.
The residence features a large living area with mountain and valley views. Its open floor plan creates a spacious, free-flowing living, dining and kitchen area. State of the art A/V equipment provides entertainment for a relaxing evening after a full day of activity.
Aspiring chefs will delight in the professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances. There is also a built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.
All One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. The master bedroom in Sugar Loaf Mountain has a gas fireplace and en suite bath with a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. Two more bedrooms have a king beds with private baths. A third bedroom has a queen bed in addition to two full-sized bunk beds. The fourth bedroom offers two sets of twin bunks.
Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast and après ski, ski valet and on-call local shuttle, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
A service fee will apply to all guests over the age of 10, paid directly to One Steamboat Place upon checkout. Fee subject to change.
Amenities such as the pool, fitness center, spa, and motion studio continue to be available with modified protocols in place to safely manage their use by appointment. For summer 2020 and winter 2020/2021 reservations, food and beverage service is not offered at this time. On-call local shuttle is still offered with limits on occupants in place.
