Very nice townhome conveniently located. Easy walk to several restaurants and shopping and walk across the street to fish the Yampa River. The only negative was the trash trucks that were in the alley at 5:00 every morning we were there. We stayed for 3 nights.

Great location in the downtown of Steamboat Springs. It is a bit noisy especially early morning hours of deliveries to the local establishments. Town house is comfortable, plenty of space for our family of four and 2 dogs. For most of the week we seemed to have the complex to ourselves...once the weekend came around we could hear the neighbors on either side. We enjoyed our mornings runs along the river and great choice of restaurants nearby. Parking is a bit of a hassle, only space for one small vehicle in the parking garage. We had two vehicles and kept a close eye on where we could park the 2nd without incurring a ticket.
Overall we had a great stay stay in Steamboat! It is a wonderful community!
“Noisy alley way, although super convenient and a nice clean cond”

This condo was clean and comfortable, and a very good location to all things in town! But, the noise level from trucks making business deliveries and picking up trash dumpsters was incredibly noisy from 4-6am almost every morning!!! The main living area on the back side of the condo looked out onto a trashy house and all their cars parked there. Lastly, our SUV with a Thule on top would not fit in the parking spot they provided in a garage, so we had to move our vehicle every three hours during the day!

Had a great time in this town home in downtown Steamboat. We chose it because of it's prime location and that it accepted pets. It was beautifully furnished and spacious. A few disappointments included a broken coffee maker - the bedrooms were scattered between all 3 floors of the home, which was challenging because we have small children. Parking our large truck was difficult in the underground garage - we could not fit in the assigned spot. Also, the cleaning crew was late getting the property ready - and we could not enter the property until 5pm on check-in day. And, we also discovered dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets which was a bit gross. For the price, I think we were expecting a little more than we got for this high-end rental.

Very unhappy with the accommodations and service, as follows:
1. Checked in at Hotel Bristol, as directed - only 2 keys for 3 couples. Poor directions given to condo which was at a different location.
2. Pocket door to the bathroom inoperable and stuck open (although mandatory $29.00 "Property Damage Protection" charge had been imposed). Unit across the alley, on the top floor, had a window with a direct and unobstructed view into our bathroom.
3. Humidifier inoperable - very dry mountain air. Again, a mandatory $29.00 "Property Damage Protection" charge had been imposed.
4. Bed was soft and sagged in the middle. Very uncomfortable sleeping.
5. No coffee filters in the kitchen, although a mandatory $65.00 "Cleaning Fee" had been imposed.
6. No hot water (not even warm)upstairs if shower turned on downstairs.
We paid $800.00 for a two night stay - what a waste of money! We will not return!
