Didn't know what to expect because we'd never stayed here although we've been to Steamboat plenty of times. Great place, well equipped (needs Ice maker) and trash was an issue. I'm sure we just didn't take the time to understand the trash situation once we got there. All around would recommend.

We recently stayed at the above referenced unit through Mountain Resorts. The staff was professional, beyond courteous, and the shuttle personnel were so patient and friendly! Every day, my youngest son (9) and I rode the shuttle from the Gondola area to the condo after his snowboard school. They always had time to share his day, answer his many questions (about Steamboat and Snowboarding),and also share a laugh and some joy. We love Steamboat, and have been coming for 4 years now. We hope to be proud property owners one day, and it will definitely be a property that is managed by Mountain Resorts. Thank you for making our trip so awesome!

The townhome was well euipped. The heating was great. Having the garbage removed and new towels if we wanted daily was an added bonus, plus the shuttle to the village, and the superb ski-in, ski-out location made this a fantastic place to stay.
"Master bedroom impossibly hot, bad water pressure, old appliance"

Upon arrival, we were quite impressed with the unit. Spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable. But a couple of problems quickly came to our attention. The master bedroom was unbearably hot and there was only a tiny window on one side, so we could get very little cross ventilation. We had to sleep with minimal clothing, no sheet and a fan blowing just to keep from sweating. I would not recommend this unit for anyone in the summertime. Water pressure upstairs was miserable. At one point during a shower it completely stopped when someone turned on their shower downstairs. The dishwasher was falling out of it's cabinet and is so loud that we only ran it when we were out of the unit. The back deck has a lovely view, but it's very narrow, only big enough for a few people.
