The facility is nice but the location does require bus service to the mountain. We typically stay in ski in ski out and were under the advice that it was less than 200 yards for older couple with skis that is a bit farther than I like to walk . Mountain Resort is always great with the bus service and picking up the kids and taking them to downtown steamboat and areas on the mountain. We have stayed with Mountain Resorts since 1989 . We love Steamboat.

Mountain Resorts was extremely helpful from start to finish. Helped with condo, lift tickets, ski rentals ana alpine Taxi reservations. You couldn't have been more helpful.
CrossTimbers is a nice location. We've rented at thevTerraces at Eagleridge in the past. Liked that location better but liked the ease of getting into our unit much better at CrossTimbers. More private.
The shower in the master bath stunk and the water pressure needs to be addressed. Other than that a nicely decorated and comfortable unit. We missed the old Mountain Resort plastic cups that we could take to the hot tub!

The condo layout was perfect for families while still allowing privacy and quiet time individually on three separate levels. Bright and cheery with beautiful views from all the windows. Nice size deck partially shaded by aspens. Only drawback was being unable to adjust the heat/air conditioning.

We loved our stay at Cross Timbers at Steamboat. The condo was everything we needed, clean, spacious, conveniently located. The service we received from Mountain resorts was great too. We loved having the maid service each day and the shuttle bus was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and eager to help. We would love to return and will highly recommend this place. Thanks so much!
