This New England style bungalow is in the village of Stoke Gabriel and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.2 Dart lies in the centre of the unspoiled village of Stoke Gabriel, a short walk to the village pub, restaurant, shops and riverbank. Arranged over one floor, with two bedrooms, a king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower room and twin, the property can sleep four. There is a separate family bathroom. A beautiful open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area has a wood burning stove and bi fold and patio doors leading onto an enclosed garden, with patio and raised lawn. A tranquil position in beautiful surroundings, 2 Dart is the perfect choice exploring the region at any time of year.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with recordable Sky entertainment and Sports, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, Selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. Off road parking for 2 medium sized cars. Enclosed lawn garden and patio with furniture and BBQ. One well behaved dog at £25 per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop/pub 2 min walk. River 5 mins walk. Beach 4 miles. Note: Access to front of the property 10 shallow steps and from rear 9 steps. Note: Parking 4.2m wide (total) and 4m long max.
