“Good” The place was very nice and cozy, we had a family of 4 and it was great. very clean & also very peaceful!!! People were very nice who live here & stay here. the Pool is very nice goes up to 8ft but they do not have any lay down lounge chairs by the pool so that's a bummer. :) they do have a deck that has them but not pool side only down fall.

“Perfect Beach Vacation” This is the 2nd time that my family stayed in this wonderful beach house. It has everything to make your vacation complete. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can make a nice home meal. The family room is large and comfortable. The condo is a desirable end unit which has a great view of the bird sanctuary on one side. We enjoyed the new high beach chairs that were on the balcony, and spotted a few osprey in a nest. The beach is a quick minute walk away. If you like the beach and enjoy a quiet and relaxing time this is the place to go. I highly recommend.

“Fab rental” We spent a week in this kind belt home! So much great space... terrific kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, pans etc .. we usually ate breakfast and lunch in and out for dinner. But we did grill one night! Great outdoor shower, beach stuff and fab front porch with rocking chairs

“Wildwood Gem” The size of the condo is quite deceiving - larger than we expected for a party of 5. All the amenities were provided by Gary (the owner) - Coffee maker, iron/board, bikes, boogie boards and even Netflix (via Xfinity). Great deck off the back of the condo with a gas grill. Location was extremely close to beach and the boardwalk - less than a 10 minute walk. Gary was an awesome host. If this property is available for a week or long weekend, it's an enjoyable/affordable stay!!

“Fantastic Family Fun” It is very hard to pick a place from a website being a person that is very particular. I am always leery that the pictures are better than what I will actually get. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised that this condo was actually nicer than the pictures. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and décor of this condo. Summer Sands offered grills and two pools as well as washers and dryers. The condo was equipped with all I needed to make meals. I could walk right to the beach and back to the pool. I could even see my family on the beach from the deck. I would return to this rental again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

“Relaxing: Home away from Home...” Over the past 13 years, I have rented this upper cottage for a group of my friends and I to unwind and enjoy the start of fall in Ocean City NJ. The location is within walking distance to the beach (easy walking) and the house offers comfort and a true 'home' feeling. Safe to say, our favorite part of the house is the outside porch that offers ocean sounds and a nice breeze. The landlords (Brian & Karen) have become our family 'At the Shore.' They go above and beyond most rental landlords in that they get to know their renters, and they offer great assistance in helping us find entertainment and dining specific to our tastes. We can't say enough of how that personal touch matters to our gang. Thirteen years of heading to the same place means ... 'If it ain't broke, nothing to fix.' Our group will be heading back in 2013 for year 14!

“Would go back there without hesitation!!” It is hard to find a truly dog friendly place to stay. This place is not only immaculately clean, very comfortable, and has a fully equipt kitchen, but is also very amimal friendly. My husband and I and our yourkie have stayed there several times and have enjoyed every minute of it. The owners are very friendly. I would not hestitate to stay there again.

“Would welcome the chance to visit Cape May again and this would be my "go to" place.” A 4 night stay with 2 friends for an event at the Convention Center-it was perfect! NIcely kept, had everything we needed including a gracious landlord and 2 sweet whippet dogs! Great location, walkable everywhere we needed to be. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved our stay! I must add I had to change my plans from the cottage to the 2nd floor property in the main house a couple times and the owner was most gracious and worked with me till we got it all sorted out. Thanks George and the "girls" for an enjoyable stay!
