Description
Harbour View is a charming, grade 'C' listed, self catering holiday cottage situated overlooking the picturesque harbour of Stonehaven. Arranged over three floors it consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, two stylishly decorated bedrooms with harbour views (one double, one twin), and a luxury bathroom with roll-top bath and large separate shower. Towels and linens are included.
Our well-equipped kitchen features modern integrated appliances, which include a washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, gas hob and wine chiller.
We also have TV's in the lounge and bedrooms, as well as free wi-fi throughout.
Free parking is available on the harbour side directly outside the property.
We are situated within close proximity to the town and amenities: hotels/inns, supermarkets, coffee shops, bakeries, as well as many leisure facilities including indoor/outdoor swimming pools, gym, tennis courts, indoor/outdoor bowling and a golf course.
For those wishing to travel further afield we are perfectly positioned to explore the historical heritage of Aberdeenshire and the North East coastline. From the Whisky and Castle trails to dolphin spotting; Munro bagging to birdwatching at RSPB Fowlsheugh there is plenty to keep everyone occupied.
Whether you are planning a romantic weekend, some quality time with the family, a golfing trip with the guys/girls or you just want a leisurely break away from your busy lives Harbour View is the place to come. With an abundance of charm and character, tucked in an idyllic location, it's the perfect space to relax, entertain and dine.
A well behaved pet may be accommodated with prior approval. A refundable deposit will be required and a small nightly fee applied.
We are a non-SMOKING cottage.

“Fantastic”
Just spent week at Harbour View Cottage & it was excellent. We couldn’t fault anything. Yvonne the owner was there to greet us & explained everything to us. Everything was there that anyone could need. It would certainly be worth another visit. Thank you Yvonne.

“absolutely perfect in every way”
Perfect wee house ten steps from the beach. Sizeable living / dining / kitchen area with every appliance and kitchen ware you could think of. Two large bedrooms upstairs with plenty of storage space. Beautiful bathroom - we all wanted to steal the bath!! The whole house was very tastefully decorated and was spotlessly clean. Yvonne, the hostess could not have been kinder or more helpful and we kept regularly in touch. Great value for money. We have already booked for next year and intend to keep doing so. Very highly recommended.

“Really welcoming and extremely pet friendly”
Fabulous location with amazing views- harbour, beach, skies. We were made very welcome when we arrived and the welcome food package was excellent. Yvonne had even left biscuits for the dog. The house was incredibly warm and finishing touches marvellous.
