This lovely Victorian property in the town of Stornoway sleeps five people in three bedrooms.St. Duthus House is a delightful detached Victorian cottage situated in the centre of the town of Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one twin and one single, together with a bathroom and shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a dining area and gas fire. Outside is off road parking for one car. St. Duthus House is a delightful base for a holiday with plenty to see and do on the island.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Car port plus off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and harbour 5 mins walk.
Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britains best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
Town: Stornoway is the only town in the Outer Hebrides and is a bustling and growing area with a busy working harbour, a great selection of shops selling local gifts including Harris Tweed, leisure facilities and wonderful award-winning restaurants selling locally sourced food of the highest quality.
