Description
Villa Phaedra is the fourth Villa of Zerveas Complex and accommodates up to 6 persons.
This two-storey, newly built, stone villa of 140 sq.m. (1507sq.ft.) with its Infinity Private Swimming Pool and BBQ is decorated in a modern style but built traditionally to fit in with the traditional architecture of Mani.
Ground Level
(100 sq.m. / 1076sq.ft.): Consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, couch, armchair, Satellite LCD TV, DVD/CD Player, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, all in an open plan area. Direct access to a large, furnished veranda and pool, terrace with sweeping sea views. On the same level, there are a double bedroom with two bedside tables, a dressing table with mirror, closet and a twin bedroom with bedside table, dressing table with mirror, closet as well as two WCs with showers.
Guest Suite Level
An Interior Staircase connects the Ground Level to the Guest Suite Level. The Guest Suite is 40 sq.m (430sq.m.) and features a double bed with two separate mattresses, a dressing table with mirror, closet, LCD Satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen table, WC with shower. A private terrace of 100 sq.m. (1076sq.ft.) offers a stunning view to the sea and Stoupa village. The Guest Suite has an internal as well as an external entrance that provides extra privacy to the guests of this level.
Outside
Terrace with Private Infinity Pool of 34 sq.m with Jacuzzi installation, outside shower, sun loungers, sun umbrellass, BBQ and plants-flowers of the area.
