This Summerland Key vacation home is situated on a private, fully fenced lot, with a tastefully decorated interior with great features such as hardwood floors and a beautifully well-equipped, custom kitchen. Spacious living and dining rooms provide ideal entertaining areas for friends and family. The lovely Keys accents and decor makes this a special island getaway. Comfy and plush beds and linens offer luxurious accommodations with 2 full bedrooms that can sleep 6 and a bunk area in the downstairs enclosure for extra kids.
Let warm tropical breezes of the Florida Keys lure you onto the screened porch where you can enjoy views of the clean, deepwater canal, perfect for swimming and outdoor fun. The outdoor shower area is great for rinsing off after a great adventure on the boat; in addition to an extra patio area for grilling and hanging out on the dock.
The dock area accommodates a boat with a 4' draft and you're just minutes to the open water and main boating channel for all-day fishing trips.
This home is only a short distance from fabulous Looe Key, one of the best diving and snorkeling sites in the Lower Florida Keys! Also just a short 30 minute drive to historic Key West to make unforgettable memories of your island vacation.
Additional amenities include: outdoor shower, boat dockage (35'), washer / dryer, boat access (unless noted), fully furnished, canal-front, located between marathon (mm 45) and key west (mm 0), bbq – gas, private parking or driveway, pet friendly*.
